Casey's, Oelwein IA

I absolutely LOVE Casey's pizza, but this is the worst place to get it. Either not fully cooked or super greasy. Can't seem to get correct toppings or very skimpy on toppings.

Casey's does have online ordering and curbside pickup they also have very good pizza and other things as well good prices good gas good pizza have fun time.

Every single time I get a pizza from here it is always undercooked inside. Eating raw dough isn't typically something I enjoy, increase the bake time for anything with more than 1 topping before you make people sick!

Friendly staff. Able to find what I was looking for at a decent price. Line wasn't too long, neither was the wait.

False advertising. Sign says unleaded gas for 369.9, but the pump says 429.9. Super unleaded is 369.9. I would not have gotten gas there if I knew this. Cannot put Super unleaded in my vehicle.

I was going to order for pickup, then I saw the wait time. 73 mins! I just wanted a sandwich and a salad. For pickup! I could understand for a pizza, but not a salad!

About a month or so ago I ordered a breakfast pizza, and I was told there was about an hour or so wait. Which is no problem at all, don’t get me wrong but when we took a bite out of the pizza the dough literally pulled apart, it was so undercooked.
I thought that maybe the night kitchen was having a bad night, so this weekend we ordered two pizzas for dinner in hopes that it would be better, and the dough was super doughy again. Definitely felt like a waste of money, ended up throwing them away.: (

Casey's store 2682 3 employees making pizza and 12 people in line for register. 1 employee at register. Poor management

Ordered food and drinks but got substitutions with no call and no one mentioned it at the door. Called the store and was told they could not replace it because their delivery window is over at 9pm. Told the manager would call me tomorrow and then hung up on me so I called back to give her a phone number. Still waiting for that phone call two days later. Obviously since Pizza Hut has closed they don't feel the need for customer service as there is little competition.

Ordered a pizza again tonight third time now this is happened told me one hour that’s fine hour and 20 minutes I called over to see where my pizza is Still has not been delivered was told it’s there waiting for the delivery driver so now it’s an hour and 40 minutes before I’ll get it here third time this is happened with this store Will never go back again

Cashiers are always friendly and the food is always excellent. I also love their rewards! I am always saving money at the gas pump with their rewards program.

Best convenience store food ever.and there's a young man who works there who after I left my bank card in the machine brought it out to me.dude had future leader wrote all over him. A good person.

Typical well kept Casey's. Has all the amenities and junk food you would ever want! Friendly staff, food is as expected.

There's no going wrong with that place.they have good customer service! The only thing is, no hot cheeto puffs! What gives!? Other than that, go for it.

Standard Casey's with limited options. They allow police to enter without mask yet tell others to mask up more BS

Stoped to get gas and a snack and realized that all staff were wearing face coverings while working behind plexiglass. Just missing requiring customers to do the same. Perhaps soon.
