Casey's, Marshalltown IA

Everytime I go in there, theres no food and the food that's there is old. Even during a rush the kitchen employees seem to just stand around while the hot food is gone. Other than the kitchen, everything else is always stocked and the employees are friendly.

Ordered a pizza from here when in town visiting. My door dash person had to wait almost an hour and then they were told they were out of cheesy bites. Spent over $50.00. The wait is not worth ordering here. GO ELSEWHERE

After a lifetime of supporting Casey’s, I am done. You now spend 20 minutes waiting in line while zombie employees stand around drooling and watching you wait. The donuts are always burnt. The pizza is a ghost of what it used to be. Greasy, half made and dried out. The box will have the employees greasy finger prints all over it. It is always a dirty facility and you cannot find a windshield washer with water or that isn’t broken. You were great in the 90’s, but goodbye forever!

Received the worst pizza ever today.
Was not informed about thin crust. Who makes a taco pizza on thin crust. 2nd pizza was suppose to be a half an half turned out to be a stupid cheese pizza, but paid for the half and half.
You would think that Casey's would do a better job at policing there pizza makers sense that is what there known for. Shouldn't be a hit or miss it should all be the same!

I wanted a sub with turkey and pepper jack cheese but they don't have pepper jack cheese anymore. The guy told me that they don't make the subs anymore. They do the premade subs. What happens if I wanted ham without swiss cheese. Not everyone likes swiss cheese. They need to switch back to where they make the subs in front of you. They're going to lose their customers this way.

Terrible store. Either they have no gas or there pumps dont work. Always long lines and registars dont work half the time.

No customers in the store, and somehow can’t answer the phone. Cashier is slower than slow. Kitchen staff not using gloves when prepping food. I won’t be back.
