Casey's, Council Bluffs IA

Ordered a pepperoni pizza, received an all cheese pizza where the cheese was all slid off of the pizza into one corner and no sauce.

I ordered a large Beef pizza and two sodas on DoorDash. The wait time said 35 minutes. Over 50 minutes later, I got a call from the DoorDasher apologizing because Casey's misplaced my ticket, and they were just starting to make it. When the pizza finally arrived, it was not only the wrong kind, it was also still white and doughy. When I called to let them (Casey's) know, they said it was the Dashers fault for giving us the wrong order. While I can accept the Dasher possibly giving us the wrong pizza if they had more than one order, it doesn't explain Casey's misplacing the order, and then it being mostly raw

Very rude customer service. I have never met more rude people. Corporate you need to start hiring people that don't talk to a regular customer like a child. I won't be coming back here now! Too bad it was so convenient for me to go here before and you just lost someone who spends a lot of money at your establishment.

Their premium gas is always out, so annoying driving there just to see a paper on each pump saying it’s out. It’s the only place I know of that sells 93 in cb else I wouldn’t waste my time

Fair gas prices, especially on premium, that's what I buy. Slices of pizza are always fresh, breakfast pizza has good portions of ingredients as does the lunch slices.

There is literally no reason there are 10+ customers in a line, one active cashier, while the other cashier gossips with the kitchen employee and ignores everyone

Well being an employee and a customer the service is great and the Team Members are even better and cool when it comes to being calm and collected. I love shopping here for pizza and I love working here with some of my favorite co workers

Spent 40 bucks on two large pizzas one taco one hamburger supposedly ran out of hamburger for the taco pizza so put chicken on it out of a large only had three pieces of chicken on it. They didn't put no salsa on it had one small pinch of chips and was cover led in lettuce that looked like it had been sitting out all day Cause was turning brown.cqlled to file my complaint manager answered the phone and informed me they were not out of hamburger. And didn't know how she would be able to fix my order since it was delivered. Very disappointed and get better quality and service from poppa johns will not order from Casey's again and will not pay 40 bucks for something that looks like the way it does.

Every thing is so convenient the employees there are so helpful it's a great place to get gas and last minute supplies.

I ordered a pepperoni pepperoni pepperoni pizza with extra Marinara and cheese, the pizza I received was dry as a bone. I called and spoke to a youngster, he said he made that pizza himself. After a long, elaborate description of how he made the pizza, In so many words told me I was wrong. I'm an old fashioned kind of person, who still believes the customer is always right. I know I won't be going to that store again. It's not the first time I've had a bad experience at that store.

"Owner" supposedly has replied to these negative comments saying they will fix this problem. Store is worse than it was 6 months ago.

When I worked for Casey's, my store never looked like this. But then again I basically marry any store I work at. I understand help is hard yo keep these days but it's also about taking pride in what you do.
