I've never personally had a problem with any of the employees in the place is always neat and clean it can just get to be a bit crowded being on a main road

Gas and pizza. Sort of an Iowa tradition. The taco pizza is awesome. Pick up times for carryout pizza seem a little long, but they have been accurate.

Rude customer service at its best false advertising on smokes they have a sign that reads buy any 2packs of Marlboro and get 3.50 off with your Casey rewards it only gives u a dollar off manager rude when I was showing her the sign nothing I can do I was told how about removeing the sign

The girl who answered the phone when I ordered pizza was so polite, and used a coupon. I didn’t even ask for it.

Lvoen the pizza pie. Most the help is better than most stores also. Even the young behind the cash drawers are polite & professional like! Keep it up. Nice to see decent young adults serving the public in my neighbor. Thanks Casey's. MC

Fast services but the cashier that was checking us out was having a conversation with who I'm assuming is another employee (he was in plain clothes) about an employee that works there but wasn't in. They were saying some mean things and I felt bad for the employee they were talking about

Currently here now. Ordered online. Taco pizza and breadsticks. Apparently their online ordering was down. So waited 20 minutes for my order to find out they didn't make my breadsticks. I have already paid for everything I have ordered. So now I'm waiting another 10 minutes for my breadsticks. Horrible experience and is not the first time this has happened here.

I was at this store today 2-22 and I wanted some pizza from the warmer no pizza at not one slice I waited about 10 minutes and asked if they were making pizza for the warmer and was told it was just put in to cook never at noon time have I been into a Casey's and there not be pizza in the warmer til today two people in the kitchen and another came back to help I saw 3 people walk out for this reason

Was trying to get a wrap from the sandwich bar and the sandwich maker was extremely rude and would not make a sandwich because she said it was closed. I asked how long will you be closed she said 5 or 10 minutes I said I didn't mind waiting. In the meantime she went about doing everything but preparing the sandwich bar for making sandwiches another person came in and she was also so rude to her.extremely rude.

At least there's a Casey's up the street this one is horrible. All around multiple bad experiences

Placed an order for pick up pizza. The woman said she was fairly new at taking orders, I was polite and patient with her. Upon going to pick up pizzas in the time frame I was told, there was no record of my order being placed. Losing orders is not a good way to keep customers coming back.

The pizza use to be one of the best in the state, but lately they have been awful, cooked to fast dough not done and sloppy made, lettuce on a hot pizza is wet soggy mess, killed the taco pizza, Casey bring back your good pizza,

Saturday I purchased gas and went in for some donuts.
Only to find a cockroach in the display.
The cashier gave me the donuts for free.
Only to be tossed in garbage.
I will always think of bugs everytime I stop there.
Or any other Caseys.

One of my favorite car washes in town. The crew scrubs the front of the car before the automatic system finishes the job.

Best Caseys Store in Des Moines. The turn over rate with there employess is not bad, which helps alot. The cashiers get to know there regulares. Me! The guy that runs this location is alway super sweet and greets me by name

Wasn't acknowledged when I arrived.
Pizza was 20 minutes late from the time it was supposed to be ready.
Pizza is usually spot on here but service has declined which is unfortunate.

It's an issue of you try to call for 25 minutes to order a pizza. The line has been busy for over 25 minutes. When they answer it is good.

Line at cashier was extremely long, would not call extra cashiers up to help people get out. Needs to get staffing under control.

This is one of the worst stores in town. Never have selection of hot foods anymore donuts are VERY limited. At 9: 00 am. Most laborers go to break at that time. Get it back in shape! Smh!

I like their service & make you feel important.
There are very nice employees working there.
