8 Has great pizza, but so does a lot of places.staff mostly great.
But they have a cookie or two
The wings at ALL Caseys locations are HORRIBLE! Take a look at the photos I have attached.the wings are tiny and filled with a fatty substance and looks like they are glued together.as you can see I took a bite of one and had to spit it out! Caseys you can do so much better.your pizza and other products used to be so good.quit trying to make an extra ten cents and make something better like you used to years ago! Quick Trip pizza is off the charts and has put your pizza in the dust! Fire the guy running your food lab and get back to being the small town gas station cafe you used to be!
Pizza was old and dried out. I asked the cashier if 1 of the 2 pieces would be discounted if it looks this bad and she said no it just goes so fast. I simply stated it looks like this one has been passed over a few times which seemed to upset her. She didn’t ask us if we wanted a bag we had 2 big Gatorade’s and 2 mills and didn’t give us receipt. She gave us our change and then turned to talk to the other two ladies that were there to talk to the employee. Will definitely go elsewhere from now on.
Very clean, large, truck stop with several eating options and a well supplied souvenir and gift area.
I filled my tank and bought a 7 dollar carwash. The car was itself was ok but did not include the blow drying. Thought it was broke so went inside and told the clerk. He pointed out that the 7 and 8 dollar was doesn't include dry. Never heard of that before. Then when I was leaving, the clerk and next customer had a good laugh at me expense. I will never go to Casey's for gas or carwash again. No dry cycle and no warning when you purchase it.
I have a slice of Caseys breakfast pizza 4 to 5 times a week, usually in the Des Moines or Urbandale locations. Today I was in Ankeny and stopped at the Caseys on the corner of Oralabor and pizza looked like it was 3 hours old! I than went up a little bit to the 1010 Oralabor location. Hands down, the best damn breakfast pizza I have ever had!
It's ok but the restrooms stinks and smells bad. I informed the staff and seems like upset when I told them about it.to make it worse, she sarcasticly said.oh yeah. I smell it.not good especially the grocery section is too close to the restroom
