Don't do it they sell not so good quality cars. The service is not the best check things very closely before you make a decision

Very friendly and helpful. The only negative is sometimes leaving a message at the front desk and not getting a call back.

Excellent service for my oil change today! Onna was so friendly as all staff is at Cassill. I recommend them to everyone. They treat me like family and their efficient service is top notch!

The last service job on my car it was 2 hours. Repair guy hot side tracked doing another task. They gave me a small discount for the wait. They also told me about more work that needs to be done. Today I've been in the waiting room for over 2 1/2 hours. I asked why my luv nuts are smashed and was told that happens on Fords. They told me I needed to replace 5 of them. They don't want me to get stranded on the side of the road and not be able to get them off. So I'm sure this is why the long wait! Ridiculous! Will not be returning and will definitely not recommend!

My boyfriend and I worked with Josh while looking for cars, and he was very helpful with showing us cars around our budget and ideal mileage. I did end up finding my dream car at another lot, however the cars we did take to our mechanic to double check did get great feedback from him as the repairs he could see were done in the correct ways. Still wanted to give a good review as they were very responsive about scheduling test drives and I would definitely refer others there as well!

I want to thank Cassill Motors for helping me straighten out my Show/Drift car. They really went above and beyond my expectations! Every person I came in contact with brought a smile to my face. I'd like to also give a huge shout out to their service manager and their head mechanic, through my experience with them and others within the facility they have earned a lifetime customer! I will be bringing in the rest of my vehicles for regular maintenance and mechanical work in the future. My sister and I took a car care class a couple weeks ago and we came away with so much good information! Jay, who led the class, was an amazing teacher. He was very clear in his explanations, open to questions, and passionate about his work. If I ever need car service, Cassill Motors will be my first stop!

I work for the company Carfax and my parents who live in Iowa wanted to get into a newer vehicle. My dad mentioned that he really liked this dealer from listening to them on a radio program. This dealer treated them great and they are very happy with their purchase. The dealer was fair on the price and gave them good money for their trade. There were no hidden fees that were disclosed at a different time. I took sometime to read about them on their website and the things they do for their customers. I am writing this review for my parents as they asked me to. Great people and awesome job having many photos of the vehicle online. If they have the vehicle your looking for I would highly recommend them.

We did the Car Care Class. Highly recommend! Jay was a great teacher, explaining the different parts of a car and their maintenance. They really care about their customers and made us feel welcome.

They jump the gun on work that isn't authorized and charge ridiculous amounts for simple tasks, DON'T take your car there unless you DON'T need it for over 2 weeks when the work only really takes a day.

It was a great experience! Car was ready and waiting for us and over all shopping and buying took us about 3 hours. Everyone was very friendly and upfront.

When I called and told Mike about the sound my brakes were making, he said Cassill Service was booked solid. However, he didn't want me driving with bad breaks, so he asked if I could drop my car off and he would work it in. I dropped it off on Wednesday night and Friday morning he called with an estimate. It was done by Friday afternoon! So glad they were able to work it in so quickly. When I picked up my car, they checked my Cassill Rewards and saw that I had $40 and they were able to take that off of my bill. Great!

I bought my car here a couple years ago and always get my oil changed here. They can always get me in really quickly for a oil change and they don't try to tell me I need a bunch if stuff fixed like other places can try to do sometimes. They are very helpful and my favorite place to go for oil changes.

I have always gone to Cassill for anything that I’ve needed with my car. Whether it was a simple oil change, or a strange noise, Adam has always made sure to get it taken care of. The whole staff is truly the best of the best, and every time I go in, I’m treated like I am family. Adam made sure to get an appointment time that worked with my schedule today, and the team had my car done in less than an hour! I will always take all of my vehicles here as I know each one will be very well taken care of!

So I went in about a month ago to get an upgraded car, they were willing to pay off our trade off value along with making sure I’m in love with the car I got the car and a month later didn’t care for it wasn’t In love, Ed and Greg hands down best guys there so honest and caring and working within my budget they are also hard working and deserve a raise! Thank you both soo much! They also today spent 3-4 hours helping me find the right one! You guys are the best!
