Biggest spam collection company i have heard of yet! Do not pay a dime, I don’t even know how this company is running but i hope for everyone that this place can get shut down immediately! Got a letter stating i had a debt of a little over $1,000 with “charter communication”which is spectrum. I haven’t had service with them in a few years but always was current in payment. I called charter communication to double check and nothing at all they can report that i had any overdue charges and also stated your account has been closed for a while. If you get any letters, phone calls, or anything from this scam company report them immediately. Never give this company your information.if you get something on your credit report as a collection then they got your security number somehow, dispute it with Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion whichever one its on. Report CBE companies anywhere you can!

They called me looking for a neighbor. When I questioned who they were and how they got my phone number, the representative quickly got off the phone without giving me any info. My neighbor had no idea how my phone number was involved. It is very questionable and worrisome when a company has your private information. Especially if you don't know how they got it and they won't give out any information.
