Had an appointment scheduled to get a flooring measurement and quote and they called to say they were on thier way a half hour before thier appointment. An hour later still not there and late for the scheduled time. I called to request a new appt and no call back. Just really unprofessional of them as I had to move my schedule around to be at home for the time they were coming.
Edit: to respond. I was home until 1pm I received no missed calls and heard no one knock or ring the doorbell you must've been at the wrong place. maps sometimes places my address on the wrong street. Hadn't had that problem before or I would have let you know. But I did not receive any missed calls.
