Quick service, and service advisor was able to adjust rear seat alert message so it won’t come on every time I turn the car off. I couldn’t find the setting selector myself.

Service assistant was very friendly, and couldn’t be happier with the service. This dealership makes the other dealerships look real bad.

Oil change was fast. Everyone friendly. Battery received a fair grade. They said it should make it thru the winter. Thinking I Might as well get a new one and be sure.

I accidentally showed up a week before my scheduled appointment and they kindly fit me in and never made me feel bad. All of this happened on a Friday afternoon. You cannot have better customer service than that

April 2022: Since the first day I agreed to have my Camry Hybrid in production until the day I signed off with the purchase, it took only about 6 weeks. Very pleasant experience. Salesman and the rest of the staff we interacted with were very knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend this dealership. An update: we have made 2 service appointments and the service work has been good, but have had to wait over a half hour after appointment time before car was even taken in for the service. Update: taken in for 3rd appointment and like always the service work was good. This time the job was done in less than an hour. Only thing disappointing is they don't wash the vehicle like the other dealers.

My wife stopped in for service. Since oil change is every 10k, and rotation is every 5k, I was surprised they said all that was needed was oil change.

2nd time in two years we got the privilege to purchase from cr Toyota. Kelly kept the pressure down after my horrid experience at billion.
