Looking for a great apartment complex to live!

Cedar river bluff apartments offer a variety of accommodations. From a workout/cardio room, underground HEATED parking, affordable living, 55+ living in their new north side building. I would overall give this complex a good rating.

Utilities are as expected in apartment living, spacious, quiet for the most part, walls may seem not so well insulted at times but apartments only have to accommodate certain restrictions when building these buildings.

I would suggest they get a pool in the future and more garage parking if you have an extra vehicle you’d like to park inside.

The staff are polite and respond in a reasonable and timely manner. They offer referral programs, refer my name in your application process and get a quote today.

Building is made very cheaply, and you can hear everything through the walls. Hopefully you get a quiet neighbor. Mandatory to do touch up paint yourself before moving out but office was closed 6 straight days prior to move out and I was charged for it. Got a $3 refund on an $800 security deposit for an apartment that was clean and virtually damage free when I left. They did not return my several calls after receiving this refund. The heated garage was nice though.

Edit: I just stumbled across this post and the response received. Their gross reply is simply not true let alone unprofessional. That is in the past, but you can find a better place to live.

Throw away because I've seen people get "no-renewals". Trever and Tabitha (original owners, before Horizon [mis]management took over) were awesome. I can't say I've had a positive experience since. Multiple years of rooms flooding, storms causing the hallways to flood, and generally rude upper level staff will have me keeping everyone I know away from this place. They'll look for any excuse as soon as they think you're not happy to GIVE YOU THE BOOT! Take the advice of the other people here. AVOID AND LEAVE REVIEWS AFTER YOU LEAVE.

I'm NEW to this Complex and I agree with most of the prior comments. I agree the staff team Kendra and Cindi are extremely professional, accommodating and kind.
I also can confirm that the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything, literally! I'm really concerned about that. Hopefully both my neighbors and I are kind to each other as we learn each other's habits and routine.
This is a good temporary home in my opinion!
Also, the underground parking is a huge plus! I appreciate that!

I've moved a lot, and rented a lot of apartments. This was easily the best experience I've had. Treavor and Tabitha went out of their way to accommodate me from my first tour to move out day, and were always easy to deal with. Aside from some early issues related to construction (I was the first tenant in the unit), I never put in a single maintenance request. I always felt safe at the complex, and noise was never an issue. No smoking and no pet rules were enforced if needed. The year-to-year rent increase was nominal - the least of any place I've stayed. And my deposit was returned within 30 days of move out. If I could have taken the management and my unit with me when I moved away for work, I would have. Great complex!

Place has become nuisance. Elevators stops often, and if you are old you are left with no choice, but to use stairs. I have seen mothers with small infants struggling with strollers, and old people breathless. Often time, fire alarms comes on, only to know that it was a false alarm. On top of that it is so loud usually that you would be jolted and may end up getting panicked.walls are so this, that you could hear people from the other side. It is so embarrassing to hear people's private moments at times. River on edgewood gets flooded easily, and often causes road clousers. Stay away!

Using a throw away account due to the stuff I have heard about management, if you want to live in poorly maintained apartments with passive aggressive staff then this is the place to live! Honestly don't even bother with this place, once my lease is up im OUT
