The first time I went in there with my Wells Fargo outdoors solution card no one knew what to do about it. This last time everyone was so helpful and they knew how to work the outdoor solution card. They even helped me take my items I purchased to the car.

Always a great experience. Such knowledgeable people who seem to really care about my pool needs.

We bought a hot tub (spa) from this business in the summer of 2020. The sale and installation was smooth and efficient. Since then, I've purchased chemicals and supplies from them. I appreciate that I can bring them water samples to be tested (at no charge) and leave with detailed instructions on how to optimize the water quality.

I've used them a couple times to winterize the spa. (I kept it going the first winter we had it, but I was doing about a dozen maintenance sessions (mostly only a few minutes at a time to check chemicals, but cold) for every time it got used).

So, the sale went well, and I've been happy with the on-going support.

The staff at Central Iowa Pool helped were very helpful regarding the issue I am having with my pool. They answered all my questions and guided me to the right products that I needed to solve my pool issues. I highly recommend them for all your pool and spa needs.

I am so impressed by this company. I wish I’d found them sooner and now that I have, I don’t see why anyone would shop elsewhere. They tested my spa water, gave me step by step exactly what chemicals to add, only sold me what I had run out of, even told me that one of the products is exactly the same as baking soda so don’t bother paying for it. Everything was matter of fact, professional and quick. I’m a customer for life now.

Very helpful, friendly staff! We are new to owning a saltwater pool and they helped educate us on how to properly take care of our pool chemicals and equipment.

I reached out to this company on a Tuesday requesting yearly maintenance check. Didn't hear back, reached out again Saturday and they asked if I had purchased my swim spa from them. They said they only service the brand they sell. I asked if that information was on their website because I didn't see it and they said no. Don't bother with these people unless you have purchased directly from them. So irritating.

The absolute BEST pool place around, we will never go anywhere else for our pool needs. The entire team is great, very kind, and honest people. Everyone there seems very knowledgable with pools — which is always a plus! Shout out to Mario for going above and beyond in the customer service department, our pool initially looked like a pond - and within a a very very short amount of time he got it crystal clear and we are able to enjoy it for the Holiday! We appreciate you! They do not sell you unnecessary products and or supplies, and they are great at explanations considering this is our first time owning an in ground pool, and they never seem frustrated by our questions either!

I got top notch customer service! The gal that helped me was amazing! She was kind, knowledgeable and helped me find the best solution to getting all the leaves outta my above ground pool! I’ll definitely be returning when I need more supplies for my pool.
