Stood by the service counter for few minutes was ignored, went to the restroom came back Stood by the service counter once more again no service took my business elsewhere.

Friendly and helpful staff, great customer service. Completed repairs to our damaged trailer in a timely manner and even offered us an option to save money on the repair.
