5I have worked at Chariton specialty care twice now! The team that is in place now really works so hard and cares so much for their residents. Each one of them take their care so personally. Love being a part of the team!
Absolutely the worst facility ever. I have worked in the medical field for a long time and never in my 20 years have I ever seen such abuse and neglect until my mother in law was there. Because of them she could lose her foot. I will be contacting stay and police to report such behavior and care. They should be closed!
My husband passed away 1-1-22. Now when I call to find bout the money he had on his account. All I get is voice mail. Just got off the phone after being on hold for 45 minutes and again voicemail. Apparently they don’t like to call people back
Mom (Grandma) lived at your facility for over 7 years and loved you all. We want to Thank You for all the loving care you gave Mom over the years. During her final days she could not have had better care, the staff was so kind and took such wonderful care of Mom. Thank You.
We only get to visit a couple times a year, because we live 14 hours away, but every single time we have visited, the staff has always been so helpful and friendly. They genuinely seem to care about the residents in their care and seem attentive to their needs. We are so thankful our grandparents have this place to call home.
