I brought my truck in for an engine light and a stuck door. Michelle in Service got me back on the road, and the gas mile has improved. The door works great!

Went to bring in my car for a recall, gave details about the recall. Gave the recall number, everything just to be dismissed and told there was no recall. Then was told to hurry up and get out. Called a better location and got the information about the recall (2021) immediately. Lazy employees aren't great, thanks.

I took my car to Charles Gabus Ford for an oil change and tire rotation and was very impressed by the service I received. Everyone was very friendly and polite. I received a video text keeping me informed of the work being done. I was surprised by the efficiency and how quick my car was finished. Best experience I've ever had at a car dealership service center.

The service they provide is amazing, best car dealer I've ever visited.

David Geyer helped us out immensely when we found the perfect car on the Charles Gabus lot! I was new to a model with this many bells and whistles so while it could have been overwhelming, David took us for a drive and modeled all of the functions and how to use them so it was less intimidating once I got behind the driver’s wheel. Charles Gabus Ford worked wonders with my car, restoring it to a pristine condition. I dropped my vehicle off to them, and in just about 10 days, they returned it to me, good as new. I did encounter a minor issue with my automatic running boards shortly after, but they promptly resolved it in a mere 10 minutes.

Maybe this 1 star review will be enough for you to leave me alone. Stop cold calling me, how many times do I need to ask you? I don't have any more money to give you. Everytime you contact me, all it does is upset me, being reminded of the dumb decision I made 10 years ago.

I always enjoy getting my oil changed at Charles Gabus on Merle hay road. They’re professional, knowledgeable and timely. I wouldn’t trust my vehicle with anyone else.

Went in to get wiring check. They were a little busy, but I asked him if they could potentially sneak in my vehicle for an oil change. I was 500 miles away from need it, but still preferred to have it done then walk to the back came back within five minutes and said they’re a little tied up with all this Tire so that they have going on but they’ll sneak it in for an oil change!
