I called to eat there for the first time and someone hung the phone up on my when I asked how much my meal was for delivery very disrespectful.

Terrible delivery service. Ordered online said it would take 30 minutes. I thought that was pretty reasonable. Then after an hour went by I called to check the status and they said the driver was "on the way". I understand food service takes a little longer, no big deal. Then another hour passed before my food showed up for my entire family, cold. Never ordering from this location again. Never had a problem with the SE 14th location. $45 worth of food delivered cold, plus I got lied to. I live 10 minutes away from this location, shouldn't have taken an hour if the driver was on the way. What a shame.

I love this place %100 I would never give it a bad review but.now u deal with people who aren't even there in the store and their rude as hell with u on the phone and try to make u sound stupid after u repeat the same thing 3 times.other than that I love this place everytime I'm in town I order but this call bulletin is way out of line.

I do not reccomend this establishment. My wife found a bent up staple in her beef fried rice dish. One has to wonder how a staple could go unnoticed while preparing public food.

They need to post that the Merle Hay store is closed! I ordered online to Merle Hay when my husband arrived to pick it up that store was closed. No signs nothing. He called and they told him he had to drive over to the east side for pick up. They already charged us for it. I understand with the pandemic you may need to close a store. However, don’t allow orders to that store if it’s not open.

If I could do 0 stars I would. Ordered food for delivery. Takes two hours to get. After an hour we call trying to find out where our food is. Says driver is on the way. Another 20 mins go by. We call again, lady is rude and laughs the driver went to wrong address. Two hours go by and call again, she will no longer answer. Used a different phone, she hangs up on me. Driver finally gets here and laughs like it was a huge joke. Food cold, horrible service and then I get a TEXT saying “sorry it problem”. A text message? Really? I could have gotten over the food being late. I don’t appreciate being hung up on and my calls ignored when I prepared for my food!

I went in to get a small order of rice, and they wanted to charge me $9. I told them no way in hell, when I could go to bamboo buffet and grill, and get an entire meal for that price, and go back for seconds. If I could give Chang's garden zero Stars I would!

Ordered sesame chicken. The picture on the wall showed it came with broccoli. There was no broccoli. Interior was run down, food was bad, and service was less than friendly

We have ordered delivery from Cheng's garden twice now. We love it! The food is great and we receive our food quickly. This is our new go-to spot for chinese.

Pink chicken that was "twice cooked. " Asked for it to be recooked. Answer was no. Asked for beef, same results. Unsatisfied. Worst $30 spent.

It was ok. Ordered online. Order progression system did not work. After much wondering, our order showed up. Everything we ordered was there but I think we got part of someone elses order as well? If you ordered the broccoli beef and shrimp Lo mein, sorry. It was good but a little greasy though.

The food was delicious. I wouldn't recommend using their online ordering system. We ordered and paid online and were advised it would be ready for pick up in 30 minutes. I got there at the pick up time and our order hadn't been started. She had to search their system to locate our order, it took another 25 minutes before I was able to head back home with our food. The tasty food is the only thing that kept this above 1 star. I would go here again, I just won't use the online order system.

Food could use more flavor. Ordered and showed up an hour later. Order was correct. Friendly delivery guy. Portions were less than the typical Chinese delivery. It was alright

Food is good, service is hit and miss sometimes due to language barrier. But bad enough to say no.

Bathroom disgusting. Dirty, dead bugs and the light switch was so nasty. How clean is the kitchen? Lost appetite did not eat meal.

Closest Chinese restaurant near us so we tried it out. Got our order wrong, called to correct it and they still got it wrong again. Then I got food poisoning from the sweet&sour chicken while 32 weeks pregnant. Not very happy. If you want amazing Chinese without them messing it up or you know, not violently vomiting your guts out for 30 minutes at a time, Go to Tsing Tsao. The one On the east side off university is the best.

Broccoli and chick w/ brown sauce. Brown sauce was clumpy, chicken dry. Crab rangoons we burnt. Rice was dry.only good thing once you scraped off brown clumpy sauce was broccoli. Wont be back to this one.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT, RESTAURANT CLEAN, FOOD IS DELICIOUS, PRICES REASONABLE, STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND POLITE, I WOULD RECOMMEND CONTACTING THESE RESTAURANTS.
