Chevrolet Service - Gregg Young Chevy Norwalk

This was the only place who had availability for an oil change, and now I understand why. I came in for a simple oil change, I was told they would be out in a minute. I could see four workers chatting, seemingly not working, and had to wait 15 minutes until one of them finally came out. They were completely rude and acted like me being there was an inconvenience to them. I proceeded to wait for nearly two hours while they did the oil change. I went to pay, and they charged me $40 for a tire rotation and multipoint inspection, neither of which I requested or was told they would be doing. When I stated this, they insisted I pay the price for the service and were so disrespectful. I have never had such a horrible experience at a car service place, let alone for what should have been a simple oil change.

This is the most incompetent, hard to deal with, & rudest service department of all the Chevrolet dealers in the Des Moines area. I have taken multiple vehicles to them through the years because their sales department has treated me really well. Each time they screw something up, don't fix it, or just can't get me in even when they tell me what time to arrive. Because of the ineptitude of this service department I will be purchasing my next vehicle from another area Chevy dealer because I just can not handle dealing with this place anymore. I very highly recommend saving yourself a great deal of grief & going somewhere else!

I dropped my car off on Wednesday I didn't hear anything back until Saturday afternoon when I called and they said they hadn't looked at it yet 6 Days later I called back to see if there was any updates. Very disappointed

Had a 7 am appt. I arrived 10 minutes early, at exactly 7 doors opened full staff checked me in. Car was looked over and I was called mid morning with car done. Great people great service. If you haven't been here you should give them a shot. Gary and his team get things done.

Got my oil changed for both of my vehicles here. They state that each oil change comes with standard tire rotation, but they did not do that on neither of my vehicles. Prices are above average of others in town to get oil an change.

The experience was good just wondering why I did not get the multi point inspection report to tell me about any problem areas with my vehicle

JOKE! My son had an accident and we had it towed to Gregg Young as that is where we bought it. Logan, the body guy, wouldn’t listen to my concerns and would not fix things that were damaged, as they “couldn’t prove it happened in the accident”. And he has “25 years of experience, and does this for a living” so I shouldn’t voice my concerns. We got a second opinion and sure enough the items he said were not damaged were damaged and could have caused us major issues going down the road! DON’T GO HERE for body work or service!

By far the best vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had. With not having the best credit, I'm not used to meeting such a great crew that at no point decided to turn us away without seeing what we could get accomplished. Not only did they help us get the truck we really wanted, they made sure we explored all options to get us the best possible rate and payment that was still within our budget. I will 100 percent do future business here and strongly recommend all my friends and family to do the same.

Service has gone down hill over the years. I've been taking multiple vehicles to them for over 5 years. Prices don't seem consistent anymore and someone recently stole something out of my truck after it was in for an oil change.
