Wonderful waitress, great food, excellent night out for my wife and I for a little time off from the kids. Will definitely go again.

We were there on Saturday night and they only had one server. The one server they had did a great job, but there were issues with the food. Our two kids meals came out way before the 4 adult meals. And when the adult meals came out two of them were cold and the bun felt hard.

My family always gets Honey-Chipotle Crispers and bacon burgers. The Honey-Chipotle sauce is amazing, burgers always juicy. Issue I have is the service could be better when it comes to mess ups.

Service was awesome! It had been a couple years since we went, the food was really disappointing. Definitely 5 stars for our waitress

Chilli's is just not the same as back in the days. Food was semi warm. It was freaking cold in there! I don't think I'll EVER come back to Chilli's again. Take care.

Great food, a large menu, good service, and a comfortable, lively environment. It had been a while for us due to covid, so it was nice to see they were able to seat us on site. I'm happy to get this place back on the regular restaurant rotation.

Despite current staffing challenges and partial seating, our meal was as good as ever tonight. This is one of Cedar Rapids' most consistent chain dining establishment.

1 star only because you do negative stars, have tried this location 3 times since moving here; all three times the experience was not good. The latest was curb side pickup, we arrived during the prescribed time, sent notice on the app we were there (we were the ONLY ONES IN CURB SIDE PARKING) waited approx 10 minutes after they said they’d bring out food still no delivery. I watched others going in to pick up food and leaving. Saw the worker looking out window at us then I walked in. My fries were cold and the buns soggy.

Do yourself a favor skip this place they aren’t worth the expense

We arrived just before 5pm on a Monday. Not busy at all. We were seated in a booth next to a window that hadn't been washed in months
Fly droppings abound and hand prints in the dust. Saw three wait staff standing around but still had to ask host to refill our drinks. When meal arrived there was a large chunk of food stuck to a plate from a previous diner. Fortunately it had been baked on by the dishwasher. I will never be returning 3 this establishment again.

I didn't eat there because they didn't have enough waiters/waitresses to seat and wait on 1 more person. Will go elsewhere next time

They were not busy. Waited 5min before seen anyone that works there. Waiter forgot part of order. There were flies. Dirty glasses and took forever to get refills. Usally pretty good but yhis visit was less.

We came in on Sunday 4/11/21. We had sat in the bar with Larissa. The food was okay, came out cold. She brought us our check when we didn't ask for it or anything so we were kinda disappointed since we wanted to do another round but we went to a different place instead. Don't advertise happy hour if you are only going to allow 2 drinks only.

They social distance with seating. Servers were very attentive, helpful and pleasant. The food was excellent. Looked and tasted very good. Tried a chicken and waffle number and it was sooooo good. Had a margarita and it was good. Didn't taste like the cheap syrups. It was high quality.

Met good friend at Chili's to catch up after year of pandemic. We each had the house salad and the chicken, bacon, ranch quasadillia with homemade chips and salsa. Food was great, good service. Will be returning to Chili's.

Been to this location several times in past, always enjoyed until this time! Service was good; but, eats were nothing to write home about!
Ordered appetizers - - Bloomin Onion was NOT that, more like onion strips; also, Triple Delight was NOT any type of delight!
As stated, NOT anything as had in past. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED - - not directing to this location per say; but, if this is way franchise is operating it's establishment, won't be revisiting for quite a while!

Be prepared to wait even if restaurant is half full. It's all good though as they're following Covid protocol to keep staff and diners healthy. Can't fault them for doing the right thing. Possibly do call ahead seating? Food was quite good. Had the full rack of ribs and they were cooked well and very meaty. Try the honey chipotle sauce on your ribs! Wife had the ribeye and was likewise pleased. There was a bit of a snafu once we were done and it seemed to take forever to get our bill and get out, but we both left stuffed and satisfied.

I love Chili's.just not this one i was told it would take 45 mins for my to go order which is fine I show up after about 30 mins and I see the place is empty literally not 1 customer in the place i walk in and see my order sitting out behind the counter pay and leave the food was so cold I would guess it sat there for at least 30 mins the warmest thing was the ranch which shouldn't be warm.the coldest thing was my sliders they felt like they had sat out all day the bread was dry the burger was dry and the temp felt like it had been stored in the fridge.
