Horrible service, staff was very rude. Saying online only, when there were 4 staff members and only 2 customers. How does that make sense, telling customers to go online just for chips, that’s unacceptable

Horrible service. Saying online only yet having more than enough staff to accommodate the 2 customer in store. Made someone order online just for chips, really. Having trouble online, but staff wont help. How are we suppose to order if you wont take in store and online services wont work either. Horrible service and experience, never come here. Not the first time ive had problems.

Good food, quick service. Eating area was pretty small and crowded with uncomfortable tables and chairs.

Food was good, not quite as good as in the commercials but it was satisfactory for fast food.

It's more of a messy football than a burrito. If the young party staff would take a few more seconds and make it correctly then it would be much better.

Super bummed at a little after 9pm they were out of chips and brown rice. Otherwise usually always 5 stars.

The food was flavorful and staff were friendly. The entire restaurant was so filthy I didn't want to eat there. The serving station was a huge mess, the drink area was trashed, and every single table was filthy. We cleaned off a spot to sit and eat, but I certainly didn't find a relaxing to be surrounded by filthy tables. At a point, we were the only people in there and still nobody cleaned the tables. Only one other person was sitting there eating when we arrived so it was not busy. It is nice that they have outdoor dining tables. I'm used to eating at Qdoba's, but I found Chipotle a very decent alternative flavor-wise.

Drove all the way there to eat, and two hours after they were supposed to open, they were still closed. Horribly managed and run.

I always order to go, but whenever I go in it always feels like I’m bothering the workers. No greeting or anything even though it always seems to be dead when I go in. They always seal my drink inside the bag too which is so weird.

I only go here now when I have free food to redeem because Pancheros is a billion times better. This is the burrito I got last time, and I always get my burritos loaded. The tortilla was folded inwards too so it was all tortilla in the middle and barely any ingredients around. Sad place.

Chipotle was one of our favorite places for a quick supper or lunch. It has really gone down hill.
When u pay extra for a large guacamole, you expect guacamole and not half an avocado that is not even ripe.

Their portion is so small! They told me it’s the same and rolled the burrito differently. But obviously not. Save your money and go somewhere else

Chipotle hardly ever disappoints at least where taste is involved. The service is spotty occasionally depending on who is working, but overall a good experience!

This place is filthy, they are out of stuff, give you a half portion and expect you to be happy about it. I'm done with Chipotle period.

Previous posts are not wrong, this place is filthy. Trash everywhere, dirty tables, just all around dirty and unappealing. The workers were great though and very friendly. You could tell it was busy and they were behind on their orders but doing their best.

Somehow always “out” of the vinaigrette when I try to get some & half the time my order is wrong.

Very filthy. Tables are disgusting. The crew was obnoxious. Yelling and carrying on with each other. Might have been joking around but they could benefit from having an adult on duty. Food was fine though.

Girl working the cash register was very friendly. If I had to guess, all the boys working were probably trying to screw around and "impress" her like middle school children tend to do.

Can't use the gift card on the website, or over the phone. Bad practice.
Edit: Unable to speak with anybody at the restaurant or at customer service. All the lines lead to dead ends. Terrible company.

Absolutely the worst meal I have ever gotten from there. Burnt quesadilla, barely any meat and veggies in it, forgot my white rice. Basically paid $20 for chips because the guacamole was free from my birthday.
