I had to call Choice Automotive the other morning, as my truck decided it was no longer moving. I had practically broken a front tire off my truck and didn't even know it happened till I got out to call for help. I called Choice to see if they could help me. The woman said they could after I described my situation. She asked if I had a way to get it to them. I did not, but she offered me Fred's Towing number.

Once my truck was there, everyone was so fine tuned on what they were doing that a man came out to me in a matter of a couple of minutes to tell me the minimum cost I would be looking at. They then said I was all set and they'd call me. I was called a couple of times that day to inform me of the status and then, I don't know how they did it, but it was ready I think even before 4 o'clock.

I can't believe how much nicer my truck steers and handles going over bumps. It's a pretty smooth ride and that feels good. Thank you.

Been getting oil changes there and would rely on them for future work. Also, affordable prices on windshield wipers. They offer other services too.

Wow, I had a great experience today with this company. My vehicle was dead in the water in a Kwik Star parking lot. Choice was OK with having it towed (by AAA via Action Auto - 5 stars) on the same day.
Given how reputable Choice is and being busy I didn't know if there would be room to park it without an appt. I was accommodated. I, my brother etc have been customers since the business was Kimberly Auto Care/Center years ago and was sold to the great people at Choice. Dave and the staff behind the counter are top notch. These guys have always been honest with me never giving me work on my vehicles I don’t need. They do a great job fixing only what needs to be done and letting me know what may need fixed in the future.

Wonderful experience, I was in and out with my appointment, they were very friendly and honest, I thought my vehicle needed some bigger repairs and they could of fooled me but they didn’t and just told me it just needed grease. Very impressed and definitely will use these guys again!

They dux your car for cheap.and don't try to over sell you parts you don't need.

I had my brake service there a few months back. They seem to still be making my front end shake a little bit and I took it in to have them recheck it again. I went and got the two front wheels balanced like I was told to do and it was still shaking in front when I applied the brakes. So then I went and replaced the two front tires because they did need it, but it was still shaking when I applied the brakes. Got a hold of the company and the owner fixed my brakes with the warranty I had, was very honest about it and did a great job. It is so nice to apply my brakes with no shaking, thank you David. I have been going to this company for a couple years now for oil changes, Etc and plan on using them in the future also. They are a family-owned company that can be trusted. Choice is the place I always take my cars because they don’t do more than what the car needs. No pressure. Super friendly, fast work and great value.
