I have been a customer of Christopher’s for years. Prices are reasonable and they are always willing to help with custom design. Charlotte is professional, yet warm and kind. She is knowledgeable and always helpful and a reason why I keep coming back to Christopher’s!

This place is pretty nice as soon as I walk in the door there's always at least somebody available to help so I don't have to wait for anything I can get right to what I'm wanting to do there. Which is basically just taking jewelry back that I find to sell it to them because they I believe are about the highest paying people for jewelry around that I've found and they're all so friendly

I continue to return to Christopher’s for jewelry repair and purchase. I can count on them to be fair, efficient and helpful as I contemplate what I might want to try next. Bravo!

I had a couple of diamond rings that was not wearing anymore and wanted to design a new one combining both. Nancy worked so hard to find options from many jewelers to make my idea come true. The result exceeded all my expectations and the new ring is absolutely gorgeous. Nancy also updated me through every step of the process. I have always gone to Christopher’s for my jewels and I have never been disappointed. The staff is so polite and caring and they really listen to your needs. Honestly, the best jewelry store ever! If I could give zero stars I would. $50 for a $2500 ring.then the fat lady decides to laugh.nice.good business etiquette fatty.

Brought my wedding ring in about three weeks ago because the main marquise diamond fell out and was lost. I was able to purchase a new one and have repairs done and just picked it up today, it is absolutely beautiful. The staff were all super helpful and knowledgeable and the repair person did an exquisite job. Great news is that I found the original Diamond a week ago and am now going to have a neclace pendant made with it in there.

If I rated on today's experience only, it would be 1 star, but we have purchased multiple pieces in the past, including my wedding ring, and had 5 star experiences. The sales associate made us feel it would not be worth her time to help us once it was determined we were interested in silver jewelry rather than gold. She simply waved her hand in a general direction and told us it would be "over there". My husband and I just looked at each other and left.

Nancy was so helpful to my Fiance when he was trying to find a ring similar to one I wanted. She had one custom made, it turned out absolutely stunning! I am so glad he found Nancy to help him after visiting several other shops in town who offered no help & made him feel this task was impossible.

I recently bought an engagement ring at Christopher's and had a great experience! From my first visit, they were extremely helpful and took the time to listen to me. Charlotte is a great salesperson and she did a great job of teaching me all about diamonds so I felt educated throughout the diamond buying process. Eventually, she was able to find me the perfect ring, which my fiancée loved. I'm looking forward to buying more jewelry from Christopher's in the future.

Absolutely amazing place to get your jewelry! Great selection and amazing customer service. Many other places were hesitate to assist me and my fiancé since we are young, but this was the opposite here. Charolette assisted us the moment we walked in to when we purchased our engagement ring and more! She is so welcoming, knowledgeable and very communicative.
