Every time I go in to this gas station there is some creepy old guy just standing there hanging out.and for no reason idk about anyone else but to me its uncomfortable to have someone standing beside me watching me and others purchase their items and listen to conversation.its called loitering why is this creep just standing there? I could possibly understand if there was a table for costumers but they dont
