Abby Woodward-Wallig is the best! She was fantastic to work with; helping me with decisions from start to finish. My cabinets, quartz countertop and hardware are beautiful - I love my kitchen! Patience is required during the pandemic, but it was all worth it.

Poor customer service, acted like I was imposing when I asked a question. Then when I called back for a quote, the sales person never got it to me. Apparently they weren’t interested in my money! Someone else will be!

Excitement turned to sadness and disappointment. Almost immediately I was steered toward their lowest priced cabinets with minimal finish options. I'm not saying anything was wrong with the cabinets but I wanted other colors, I think it was pretty evident that I wasn't happy. Even after I inquired about other finishes, the person there didn't price it out for me, I think because they believed I couldn't afford it. They never asked what my budget was. Not verbatim but it was one of those" I could price it out for you but it's going to be out of your price range anyway so I'd rather not waste my time" that is the impression I got when speaking to them. I was embarrassed and felt like I didn't belong in their showroom, I almost left middle consult but didn't want to be rude.

Mollie has been fantastic to work with from design to adjusting for our budget as we work on our basement bar. We have CLF cabinets on our main floor that are 3 years old and they’ve held up great - even with young kids.

Would love to have someone call me back to help out in the special order of a cabinet needed for my builder. I have been attempting to get this done since Aug. You would think someone would want to take my money for a special order. Can anyone help?

They came on time and were very thoughtful. Two chips in our counter tops were repaired and a seam repaired. The result was better than expected! I would highly recommend them.

We worked with Luke and had an outstanding experience. This is the only way to go. Big box stores can't compete with the selection, customization and attention to detail you'll find here. Not even close.
