I'm so sorry to everyone who had a bad experience there. We are working to fix all the kinks but with staffing so low it's been a problem but we have new team members coming in. I am now the new Store Manager for valley west and I hope to see you all come back and give me a chance to make things right just give me a week or two please. Thanks all for your patience.

I stopped by during the week and they were closed. There was a sign on the door stating the hours were 11-6. It was 5: 45. I came back a few days later and the hours were noted as 11-7. Doors locked! The floor/windows had totes and boxes of things piled up. I can’t even rate my experience with shopping here because they aren’t even open when they say they will be.

It's 12: 32 and still no one is here. All I want to buy is some squishmellows.

The lady Amy was very rude.my children are of mixed races and one wanted their ear pierced she refused saying she doesn't do that to colored people and go someone where. My child was so sad and crying we has plans of ear piercings and bday present shopping there. Never again will I take my kids their and never will I shop there. Shame on you for being so mean to a 3 year old

Helpful and knowledgeable staff that took care of piercing my daughter's ears in a timely manner.

I am a grown 27 year old man. And I finally had the courage to get my ears pierced yesterday. 10/10 great experience. The 16 year old professional ear piercer worked magic with that piercing gun. Will reccomend to all of my friends!

This girl named Brooklynn was a HUGE help. So my friend wanted to buy a phone case for 2$ And she bought one but it didn’t fit her phone so she let her return it but then she didn’t like the design of any of them so she brought out more than 20 phone cases just for her! So Brooklynn please read this!
