The epitome of what a moderate-priced hotel should be.

The room was immaculately clean. I had an issue with my first room because a power outlet was not functioning (this was the one and only problem I encountered during my stay), and the staff immediately moved me to a room where everything was working without question.

The breakfast was exactly what I was expecting for the price, and the dining area was equally clean and welcoming.

I had absolutely no second thoughts about the neighborhood or surrounding area.

I'd stay here again in a heart-beat.

Other hotels at this price-point should be taking notes from this one.

Upon check in the lady at desk continued a personal cell phone call while helping me.
No explanation of the WiFI was given
We were put on 3rd floor where they had ladders and light fixtures laying around
Went to go to pool, opened the door and it was ICE COLD, NO HEAT AT ALL. My daughter couldn't go further than 2 stairs the water was not warm. No towels in the pool area. Pool table was broke and chips in the vending machine expired may 2021!
Breakfast was watered down juices, cereal and waffles or pancakes.
Air/heat would not stay on despite adjusting temp and leaving fan on vs fan on auto. The vents in unit were also either super dirty or moldy. I took a picture for reference
Floor was warped in bathroom so door stuck everytime. Garbage was left outside rooms for our whole stay
Beds were firm but comfortable. That's the only positive I have.
Was not worth the price I paid. Definitely many other choices in the area.

The family and some of our family friends stayed there it's a decent hotel wasn't impressed by the continental breakfast but other than that it was a good hotel for the price

All 3 rooms that i had to switch to were dirty and the toilet seat in 1 of the rooms were broken. Dirty dresser drawers with hair as well as hair and dirt by the coffee maker. As well as double charged me and the water in the pool was like 40 degrees. Thats insane! The woman at the front desk was very rude and kept on laughing after being told about the double charging me and could barely speak English. And the woman at the desk wouldn't state her name so heres a photo of her. Its sad to drive all the way to somewhere and get disrespected and especially double charged! I wouldnt recommend wasting your time at this dump!

Comfy bed and rooms, staff very helpful and friendly, loved the fact a non smoking environment and close to everything! Breakfast was limited but the cooffe was great and still many choices with a lttle creativity, yogurt, chia seeds, granola, walnuts, dried cranberries, YUM Best value in town. Will be back

I will comment on the room only. For the price I was totally happy. Bed was awesome. Room decor was modern and nice and not torn and tattered like many 2 star hotels. FYI I usually stay in mid-range Hiltons and this was fine

Sadly the worst experience I have had! Room smelled of vomit, not exactly sure what was on both bed frames but looked like vomit. Toilet took 4 x to flush (pee), remote was broke, floors were sticky and beds hard as a rock. My daughter and I got there at 11pm and left and 1120pm! On top of spending $110 here i had to spend another $191 on a different hotel acrosss into Davenport to have a good room at a different hotel. I hav e been calling for 3 WEEKS now and still no call from management! I keep the getting the run around. My patience is very thin now. All i asked for was a refund on this room not even money that i had to spend on the other. No refund or apology. This is why im leaving this here now. I will spare everyone by not sharing the pictures of the nastiness!

We stay here all of the time. It's centrally located for our purposes. Always plenty of coffee. Clean rooms. Wish they had bagels for breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Very clean hotel. I usually stay in Super8's which are a hit or miss, mostly a miss. It was nice feeling comfortable stepping into a nice tub that I didn't have to spray Lysol on first this place is nice and was at a great price! Also, if you book here, there's a KiWi Star fuel station that's walking distance from the hotel and THAT PLACE IS AWESOME! If we get those in St. Louis, QTrip is done! It wasn't expensive either. The entire atmosphere with the hotels and KiWi Station are really nice and convenient. Very walkable. Go ahead and book it!

Place was absolutely disgusting, floors dirty, walked into room and it smelled like straight cigarettes, staff is terrible, washer and dryers had pounds of old dirty clothes that haven’t been moved in months. On top of that the washer and drier don’t even work. Sauna is broken, key cards to doors never worked had to go to the desk every time you wanted into your room. Overall terrible hotel wouldn’t waste your time.

I'm writing this review because I read SO many bad reviews of this hotel.
We paid $60 for the room through Hotwire and were happy with the two queen beds, desk, and chair that came with the spacious room. The pillows were nice and comfy, and unlike some reviews I read, the beds were not close to the ground at all - they were plenty high. Our room was clean and well stocked - appreciated having champoo and conditioner available without having to ask for it. Minor complaints would be that the sink drained VERY slowly - clearly needs some drank or a snake to clear it out (Room 205) - and the bathtub/shower floor was pretty slick/slippery (I almost fell when first stepping into the shower). Both easy fixes - clear out the drain and put a sticky mat or something similar on the bottom of the bathtub for safety.
Breakfast was great! Sure, there were not any eggs, but that is asking a lot for a $60 hotel stay. The waffles were a nice touch as was the yogurt. Minor complaint would be that while there were several flavors of oatmeal, there were only Styrofoam bowls available - which I would not put in a microwave.
I asked the front desk lady about the gym, in which she directed me toward the pool area (which was closed, but I didn't care as I wasn't there to swim anyway - and again, expecting a pool when you only have to pay $60 a night is having high expectations, but i do agree with others that if the pool is not accessible, they should make guests aware when making the reservation). The gym actually turned out to be at the other end of the hall and was really nice! It had a nice treadmill and weights. I only bring this up because there was clearly a language barrier with the frontdesk clerk - but she was very nice and I have no complaints on how she took care of us.
I travel quite a bit and don't find super fancy hotels necessary unless it's a special occasion, so with that in mind, I am making this review with other rooms at similar rates with which I have stayed.
Definitely a nice hotel for the price point.

The room was nice I like the hardwood floor it's probably easier to clean and more sanitary then carpet. The beds are very low to the ground about a foot or foot and a half off the ground. I was expecting a nice breakfast given there nice setup area. There was waffles? Or cereal with yogart. Carbs and sugar or carbs and sugar. It would have been nice to have a protein. Some eggs or something.

The stay stayed started off ok.after getting into the rooms we were missing half the towels needed for 4 people in both rooms. Once we got to the pool it had a weird smell like a damp basement, mold is growing very clearly on the pool. It was the main reason we came. My son wanted a pool party. When we asked the day shift receptionist that was present she said we could not get towels for the pool unless we bring some to the desk. A storm rolled in and the lobby where breakfast is served was just a mountian of water just pouring into it from a roof leak. Our room keys did not work and had to use the day and night receptionist to get into our room since none of the room keys would work. Room itself was ok.
For the money I spent should have just went to one of the next door hotels. This is another hotel that will get torn down once the owners decided that the repairs cost to much and go back to their home.

Location is good, around restaurants and shopping very convenient. Easy access to highway. Only have one negative, was or bed was broken at the head and was lopsided.

First didnt get the room we wanted because of over booking. Dirty rooms. There was shrimp left by the coffee pot. Food stuck to the sides of the bed. We thought we seen something under the sheet so we pulled it down to see dried blood under the sheet. Hair all over the room the ceiling even had food splatter on it. I was looking for a email to contract someone but of course can't find anything but an phone number.

Quality expected of price. Pool is VERY cold, and the smoking crowd utilizing the pool exit as there smokers area while holding the door open. The breakfast of barely anything. Cereal, no milk, waffle maker, and old coffee that got me, my father, and my in-laws stomach rolling all day. Staff is very friendly though. No problems with staff at all. Ice was clear and smelled good coming from ice maker. The exercise room odd modest. When we checked in, we sanitized the entire room (chairs, bed, touchable surfaces, curtain wands, AC units, etc and fingerprint and dirt came off of all of those items. Dog hair all over our room floor. Sizable mini-fridge. Nice patio area. Ample parking. Thank you for coming to my TED talk

Keep your expectations low. Most Econolodges would be a better stay. Room was OK. Had coffeemaker, but no coffee in the room. Breakfast was awful. Only had cold cereal and waffles. There was no milk for the cereal. No syrup for waffles. Had butter and honey packets, but nothing to put them on. Coffee in vacuum pot was lukewarm. Told the lady at the front desk. She said she had notified her manager and did nothing more. Obviously the breakfast wasn't related to her job.

Really small room. Really short beds. Half the towels needed for 4 people in room. No towels in the pool area and none to get from the desk. One small flat pillow per person on beds. TV remote didn't work. Their computer system tried to charge my card the full amount, Twice. Locking up my account till Monday. Poor experience. Will not return.

The purpose of getting a King Suite is to have the little living room area with a place to sit, talk and watch TV. While we had the "area", there was no place to sit. Room had 1 desk chair and no other spot to sit. Had to crawl under the desk to plug in the coffee pot. TV was mounted crooked, one of the curtains was coming down. Didn't try the grab-and-go breakfast because last time it was a rubbery breakfast sandwich and dry muffin like you get at the gas station. It doesn't seem like they care much. Wasn't even asked how our stay was when we checked out. We will avoid this hotel next time
