3Friendly knowledgeable very helpful. I needed a part for my chainsaw, big box store may have had it but "the guy "that could help was off. If you need lawn and power needs this is the place to go
They ordered a part from my company and agreed to wait 5 business days as we were on vacation. Hours after ordering they demanded the item be shipped instantly. We explained that we couldn't so they threatened us and called us vulgar names.
When we got back from vacation we shipped their item first only to have the owner go around leaving us fake slanderous reviews
I'd be careful when dealing with people that act this way, there are plenty of better options around
Always fixes our lawn equipment quickly. Great customer service! Definitely recommend!
