I love Coachlight in West Des Moines. I went to my second visit yesterday. It was a consult for Halo Laser. Everyone at Coachlight is very friendly, always a smile and concerned about your needs. Jessie consulted with me about the laser treatment, which I decided to do in a couple of weeks. I had so many questions and she didn’t make me feel like she was rushed. She answered every question and explained the procedure thoroughly. I highly recommend Coachlight.

Rebecca was great informative and prompt my only issue was with the receptionists sadly for me in the waiting room while I was being numbed you can hear everything lots of things I would rather not hear but the microneedling itself was great

First timer at Coachlight after it being recommended to me multiple times! Did dermaplaning and a diamond glow facial with Carlee and seriously could not be more impressed with the quality of service. I may be a first timer, but that won’t be my last visit!

Misleading. Scheduled appointments for a special occasion. Arrived in ankeny to find they were scheduled in west Des Moines. When scheduled confirmed was talking w ankeny and no one mentioned west Des Moines once. Terrible service and very disappointing. Will not go back would not recommend

Jessie is absolutely amazing! I have done almost every service (BBL, Microneedling, RF Microneedling, Moxi, Chemical Peels) and Jessie always goes above and beyond. Scheduling has been so convenient and she is an expert at what she does! Pre and post care is thoroughly explained and makes me feel important. I am so lucky to have found her, highly recommend her to anyone!

I had a great experience at Coachlight Spa. This was my first experience. The nurse and staff were so kind and informative explaining each service they provide that fit into the results I would like to have. They could have sold me a bunch of services that would not work for me, but they didn’t. Thank Jackie! I AM going back! I am not interested in invasive procedures, and they will be advising me further on sun spits and blotchy skin from roscacia. And of course wrinkles. I definitely recommend them to anyone who just needs a facial to more advanced services. I am so happy I found them! BTW, I am 76 and want to age gracefully and also look my best self. I will repost when I have results from my journey and a long the way.
