Want to use your debit card in the machine for coins? Too bad. It's been like 4 months and they won't fix it. When things break, they remain broken for about 6 months. Find a phone number to call and inform them? Too bad! They don't post numbers to call.
Bathroom is always filthy. The tables are always filthy, dirty, and sticky. Why? Customers are sometimes loud, and obnoxious.
It's just not worth it to come here. Better off wearing dirty clothes than come here.
I'm suing them. They are thiefs and when you call the number they answer and hang up.
It’s convenient since it’s really the only one in town, but I think the washer prices are a little pricey to be honest. There has been dryers that have been out of order, and it seems that it’s not cleaned as much. It could be better it serve the people of Pleasant Hill. However one positive is that they offer a coin exchanger where you can use your debit or credit card to get coins for the machines.
Would give zero stars. Machine didn’t even wash my clothes lost 9.75. I need business that are in the suburbs to work properly. I would like my money back but months ago a machine took my money and I left a note and was never refunded for that as well. Sad do better!
