3Quaint little bar on main street in Colo, IA. Features a balcony overlooking the bar. Great place for live music.the balcony has plenty of seating. It has a pool table, and outdoor seating.
It's my bar. I love to get back this town I grew up in and be able to see my friends while throwing back a couple.and why not. I get hungry too so ordering a 10' pizza to snack on. And usually a variety or other things to eat. And if your not much of a social drinker not a problem you can have juice and/or soda. Sorry this bar does not tap into a keg. Your gonna be alright cuz they're either in a can or bottle and the selection is typically pretty main stream so if your looking for more of a ipa or special kind. If they don't have it. You can always ask to have it for you the next time you wanna visit. Now liquor is about the same. Typical name brand so ya know you will be getting a quality tasting shot or drink there like whiskey or bourbon, tequila vodka and rum, with options of short or tall glasses. And by the way. This bar is not just a simple bar but I promise what ever direction you are coming from, you won't be getting lost nor would you be getting lost. So if ya like quite this can be your place. You like entertainment. Come. Meet up with some friends after work or have a big get together you won't feel crowded with this place having a second floor for more good ol time. Last lil not here. Before your debate over yonder at the COLO BAR. DONT. I say once again. Do not for get to get in on a lil traditional game for this place called: "SHAKE-A-DAY". All ya need is 1 single dollar and you will be handed 6 dice and a shaker and if you can match up 5 dice to the one color dices value. Do that and you may just win yourself some of the patrons before you donated. The two owners Michelle and John are fair pair to keep your thirst quenched, your day could be one of the most memorable. So get on with it and stop in. Get to know some of the locals and have a great time

Wonderful friendly staff. Great drinks at fair prices. Nice fun environment with friendly patrons. DEFINITELY will go back for another cold one soon!
