Worst set of nails ever. They were misshapen, and the design was a joke
Not to mention the nail as a whole was flat flat. Like almost had a divet in the middle. The longer I looked at them the worse they appeared.

I received a gift card for Christmas. I was able to go twice for mani pedi. I was not impressed and will not be back. I have three fingers that blood was drawn from clipping too close and have polish all over my cuticles. The soles of my feet are just as rough as before I had the pedi. I am disappointed

I just got a pedicure here. I waited 25 minutes for it. Finally my turn and the lady took about 15 minutes to do mine. Said she had to go pick up her daughter from school. Charged me $30 and left me sitting in the chair. Never again!

Lady was nice but I lost one of my acrylics the same day I got them done. The rest popped off shortly after.

I walked in on my lunch break and made it back to work on time! My nails turned out great and the experience there was wonderful! They listened and respected what I wanted and didn’t want and got me taken care of quickly even with their other customers in the salon! Love it, thank you guys!

The gal doing my nails was very rough kept grabbing my hands and fingers pressing hers into mine hard. She's lucky I was relaxed and not at all intimated by awful service I won't be back also my nails starting chipping immediately and I got shellac.

I have been coming here for over a decade, even when it was Trans Nails! It is employee owned, clean and friendly with a great location.
The pedicures are great and I get my nails done with dip often. There is a wide variety of colors, designs, options, pricing, etc.
These ladies do back-breaking work from open to close with no time for food, a minute to check in with their families, drink water, use the restroom, do laundry, etc. Between Covid, a national employee shortage and inflation, they deserve our support.
For those of you assuming they talk about you, get over yourselves. And if you don't speak a few phrases in another language, they are smarter than you because they CAN do so. Communicating is always difficult and there's no need to criticize. For example, if you're unhappy, say so in person instead of writing stupid and critical reviews.
Anyways! Great staff, great quality, a rewards program and did I mention employee owned? !

Have went here for years and this time service was so rushed and non relaxing. Hot stone massage and stones weren’t even warm, nor did it last as long as service said in the pamphlet. Would have understood if they were busy but were the only ones in the building

Poor customer service. Was told to sit in a chair and sat there being ignored while that walked in after I’d be sitting there for 10 minutes were helped before me.

I come quite often and have for around a year. They do great on my nails every time and always do what I want perfectly! Everyone is friendly and super nice. I recommend to everyone!

They're always very nice and take care of your manicures and pedicures etc.in a professional manner.

I've been a pedicure regular here for years and recently started looking to them for acrylic nail services. My first experience was amazing and I was excited to go back. When I went this morning, I showed her the design and she said it would be no problem! One of the nails featured a dripping slime look for halloween. She tried it and I was unhappy. It looked messy and more like lines with dots on the end. They even mixed shades of greens. I told her that it was okay immediately and that we could replace it with green gems. She decided to drag someone else over instead, who swore she could achieve the look. This woman also attempted the design multiple times.none of which looked nice or professional in the end. I told her that I would rather just do the gems, like I suggested before. I wanted to save everyone time! She proceeded to storm away in a huff. The original tech came back and gave me the gems then told me she was going to do a gel top coat for extra cost, even though I had requested regular polish up to this point, because I do not do well with gel. She got upset and told me to sit only 3 minutes under the dryer then leave, even though my nails were still wet. I was super upset. Ladies go here to feel beautiful and the fact that they wanted to make me feel bad for disliking a design that I was totally reasonable with changing, upsets me. I didn't want to go home and repaint my nails immediately. That would defeat the whole point! I wish they would have been upfront and honest with their abilities instead. It could've saved a lot of frustration. I think that next time I will go elsewhere.

They helped someone that came in after me. If they are incapable of helping they should probably communicate the wait time. Never again

The staff is very kind, the price is pretty low and my nails always look amazing when they’re done! Highly recommend going here.
