Comfort Inn & Suites reviews
25 Great staff
Rooms are nice and comfortable
My last night there the person/ people above me was up all night stomping and playing loud music
We came from Arizona and enjoyed our stay at this hotel more than any hotel ever. Michelle is AMAZING and deserves a raise. Her kindness and professionalism goes above and beyond. We will never forget her or our fabulous stay with fabulous people and amazing staff.
Not worth it. Lights in the bathroom are out, Jacuzzi has broken jets, it was dirty when we got the room. Not to mention we asked for housekeeping and never got them throughout our stay. Someone previously spilled a drink in the fridge and it was left like that.
We had a nice stay after all day at the ballpark. Beds were very comfortable. Would have been 5 stars if the pool was available to use and more than just muffins and coffee were options for breakfast.
This is probably the best hotel I stay at all year the actual owners care about your experience with your stay I will always stay when I'm in the area. Thank you for everything you do
Easy to see from the highway and easy to get to, but didn't notice road noise. Nice rooms. Free pack and play (bring your own sheets, blankets and pillows though). Nice pool and hot tub with handicap access. Outdoor gazebo and grill available. Decent free hot breakfast (heavy on gluten). Fitness room and business center near lobby. Front desk gal could have been more informed and nicer but still a great stay.
The hot tub definitely helped my tired muscles. We had 2 queen and 1 full beds. The entire staff was helpful and smiling sometimes even humming. They were willing to help. Great price for the space.
It was fine. I would say the price was more than the room is worth. Older hotel, in need of some updates and renovations. They are making an effort to keep the hotel updated but I have stayed at nicer hotels for less.
This hotel was warm and welcoming. Very clean and very quiet, even though they were full. I ended up bringing my dog on her first trip and she was very comfortable in the room we were assigned. The only thing I have to say is you definitely could tell the room was the “pet” room. Maybe running an air purifier or the machine they used to clear out the smell of smoke once a week or month would be beneficial. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay!
Very clean. Nice, helpful staff and great breakfast. Great choice for a comfortable night's sleep.
Very easy to find off 380 with easy check in. The pool was very clean ans had a great picnic area for kids. The room was a decent price and we had no complaints.
Nice place. Bad experience booking. No where does it say additional charges for additional people in a room. I got charged an extra $10/person by having a third in my 2 Queen Room. Total Ripoff. I rent a room for four and get FREE breakfast, why an extra charge?
I went in to drop my daughter off with a friend of hers. Debbie stopped me as I was entering. She asked me where I was going.what room number. I told her a was not sure I was bringing my daughter for her friends birthday. I told her I was sure I could find the party on my own. She said and I quote" Don't get smart with me, I need to know whos in my hotel! "She said and we dont have birthday parties here do you have a name? I only new the parents first name so I asked my daughter she told Debbie the last name. Debbie put the name in, my 8 year old told her its not a big party she only invited 3 friends. Then she said we have noone here by that name. So I went to my car and got the invitation. Debbie called the parent and then gave her the 3rd degree.what room are you in, how many people are with you, how many more are coming. Then she said.your room is not large enough for 5 people. The parent had a suite with 3 queen size beds and another room across the hall. Even after this horrible experience, I thought oh it would be nice to spend a night here as well with my other 2 kids to swim and relax. So as I'm driving home, called in to find out the price of a room for the night. The first call I made was answered and immediately hung up. Second call I made Debbie informed me that there were 3 people in front of me and she didn't have time to assist me. She told me to go on the website and inquire about the cost and or make a reservation. I was very irritated. I will keep my money in my pocket. I don't appreciate her rudeness, and lack of respect for customers. I used to work for Choice Hotels and this is not acceptable Hospitality. Debbie is going to ruin your business.
As a couple, we rented a king room on the 3rd floor that was the perfect size. It had a cozy accent chair & ottoman plus a modern desk & chair. Our room was very clean, tidy, and warmed to a comfortable cozy temperature. (It was winter, in February!) So it was nice to turn into a bed with nice warm sheets. Checking in was quick & easy amd the hotel associates were all welcoming and knowledable when answering all of our questions regarding their accommodations. Easy access to designated outdoor smoking areas. The free hot breakfast in their dining area has everything from yogurt to cold cereal to bagels, biscuits & gravy, waffles (diy), fresh fruit.
If it wasn't for the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on in a hotel, I would have given my review a 5 star rating. The moment I laid my head down, I could feel the lumps and springs. My back is actually a little sore from sleeping on it for one night only.
We would recommend to others.
We would return if ever in the area again.
This was a really nice hotel. The rooms were nicely furnished and so were the coming areas. The continental breakfast was delicious.
Great room. The room toliet seat is not a good size for a 92yr old woman. It has very large opening with a narrow seat width. My guess this may apply to little children too.
Worked here when, this hotel 1st opened, was a Ramada Inn, looks much nicer instead, of a hotel running down hill. Must have changed ownership.
Location is a little ways out of the way. Door stuck when opening, usually had to try twice, microwave had one button stuck so it would beep constantly if plugged in. That being said, the beds were fine, the rooms were clean and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They even had cookies the night I was there. In all, nothing outstanding but I was there for work and it worked well enough for my needs without reason for serious complaint. For the money I felt it was a reasonable deal.
The room was very clean, very nice and up to date. Checking in was super fast and easy. Free WiFi with no password. The night I was there they had free dinner and beer (yes complimentary beer). I don't know what was for dinner or what kind of beer they were serving, I had too much work to get done. Room had a nice desk and chair. For those folks that have to do a lot of work on their laptops, you'll appreciate that. Comfy bed and very clean bathroom. Hope this helps.
Very nice hotel. If I was paying for it, I'd pay to stay here. Friendly staff, nice rooms, and nice pool
