My friend was just there for a cist on her overy. Her blood pressure dropped to shock levels (80/40) and they proceeded to tell her she was fine but REFUSED to let her leave to seek actual care. This is the second time this happened. This place is absolute trash

I had very good care. Found out I had things wrong that I didn't even know about.

Honestly so disappointed in the service I received. I was told to come in to the ER due to a large amount of blood loss. This caused dizziness and weakness in my body. The doctor who was in charge of taking care of me told me “it wasn’t an emergency” then proceeded to tell me he would do blood work to check if I was anemic. I had already stated that I indeed was anemic and it was already in my chart. The doctor was just overall rude and careless. Will not come here again

So I want to change my review at first I didn't care for my service at e.r. Bur when I spoke to e.r. Dr a couple days later I feel better about my experience it was a 0 now I'm about 3 and half stars thankyou dr Katrina

Just had the ER nurse lie to me about covid treatments. Pretty sad when Mexico is getting it right, and in America it is so political that they will let you suffer till you die or survive. There are at least 2 medications that have been proven to work. Should be sued and fired for lying and refusing o treat people for Covid.

I think the staff is very professional and friendly. Always have employees smiling and saying hello to you. I appreciate all of the services that they offer and have brought in. It saves people in our community from having to travel to one of the cities and navigate the big hospitals. Grateful to have them be a part of our community.

Should have just went down the road to the University. That’s where they sent me anyway after sitting for 4 hours with a broken leg and ankle.
