The employees are in absolutely no hurry to get that patients in to be seen. The front desk is very rude. The only good thing about this place is Dr. Moe and Jim in physical therapy

Arrived for appointment at 11: 45. Waited until 12: 45 in the waiting room. Taken to physical room. Waited until 1: 08for physician. Physical took 3 minutes.

The X-ray machine was down when I got there so it took about 2ish hours to be seen. Then they didn’t not send me or my job, any notifications or call about my TB chest ray results, which I needed for a job pre-screening.

The director Mary lied to my employer by saying I refused a drug test then they gave me a drug test. Now my CDL is no good and I got terminated. 27 years and never refused or failed a drug test.

Good luck trying to get a physical done.one day told the wait is three hours, which will put them at closing time so come back tomorrow.come back right when they open and wait 4ish hours! Ridiculous

Went in for a pre-employment physical/drug screen. The staff was very helpful via the appointment scheduling process and when I came in. There was a little bit of a wait past my scheduled appointment but the office was very busy that day. All of the nurses were working quickly to get patients seen. There was no wasted effort. Once called, I was in and out within 20 minutes. That was very efficient. The overall process was professional and efficient.

I hurt my back at work and was referred to Concentra.

The entire staff here is very personable and informative.

I feel welcome, and I am treated with dignity and respect.

It’s also nice to know that they have bilingual employees that work here (Español)

They take the time to thoroughly explain my injury in detail, and they’re very straightforward on what I need to do personally to get myself back to as close to 100% health as possible.

Concentra made testing for my pre employment process quick and easy. I appreciated their professional attitudes and answers to my questions.

Clean facility with pleasant people. Only issue was waiting time was close to an hour, but understandable with amount of people.

Had an appointment at 10: 00 am. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment, people arrived after me and were called in before me. I was in a congested waiting room for over an hour, waiting to be called and watching all those who arrived after me with no appointments go in before me, with a scheduled appointment. Completely ridiculous and disrespectful. I asked the front desk lady what the delay was if I was scheduled and all these walk ins were going in before me whilst they arrived after. She said she would check but still nothing changed. Worst experience over, I will not be coming back here. Patients don’t deserve this treatment. What’s the point of having an appointment if that clearly doesn’t matter?

Had DOT physicals at other locations. No issues, a young doctor flagged something from the past. Other doctors are asking why was it flagged. Now I have to waste my time and their's for paperwork. I was told by a clinic doctor that it appears the young doctor has a ego issue. Let the waiting game begin, uug.

I went for a work appointment. The two ladies in the front were very polite. They explained everything, answered any questions anyone had. The people in the back were polite and courteous. They made sure i didn't need anything after moving to a room. They also explained every step as I went through my process. They would get a better rating if it was possible. Best experience I have had at a doctors office.

Literally the worst urgent care. We got here at 9AM and waited to see a doctor, the doctor came in at 12ish and didn’t even allow me to fully explain what had happened to me at work, made me do unnecessarily PT when I tried explaing I already had gone to a Urgent care that all i needed was to be cleared. I tried asking the nurse for the bathroom and she thought i was asking her for the doctor and cut me off rolled her eyes and told me to wait!

The wait was minimal. The people at the front office were polite and friendly.
The technician was friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff are so friendly and work hard, however the wait time was atrocious. I spent nearly 3 hours here for a quick physical and drug screening. I didn't get into a room until I'd been sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half! The staff were doing their best so it's very frustrating and a feeling of helplessness when the wait time is that insane.
