3I go to college at Iowa State and this is my favorite place to go when I need a pick me up. Their sugar cookies with frosting are the best! Even the drinks they offer are good. I talked to one of the owners and she was the sweetest person!
Sadly disappointed.
I ordered a 15” cookie cake from here on Friday for a birthday. When I picked it up and was showed the cookie I was disappointed with the display as it looked like a 4th grader wrote the message. I was still hopeful that the taste would make up for it. I was then highly disappointed when I went to cut into it 6 hours later and it just cracked apart instead because it was so dry and hard. I did call and place my order the day before so maybe it wasn’t fresh but still not ok especially for the price.
You get 5 STARS for your cookies, which are exceptional, BUT offering online delivery without actually offering online delivery is earning you 0 STARS, not to mention you are loosing business. You've lost my business two days in a row now!
