Coronado Park reviews
2 Nice little park tucked away in a residential area but not completely surrounded by houses.
While the playset is nice for smaller kids, and there were ample swings, it's missing a number of staples that would make it a great park.
What it did have:
- Swings, swings, swings! (4 infant, 4 big kid)
- A Ship-styled playset with some decent slides, but not overly tall
- A couple of picnic tables under a pergola that looks like it's only got a few more years left in it
- A half basketball court
- A few benches
- A globe? (Guess it goes with the ship theme?)
- A few park-style grills
What it's missing:
- Dedicated parking
- An actual Shelter
- Restrooms
My kids like this part because of the little trail that goes into the woods and it's off the path and not very crowded most of time
