My provider was wonderful! She’s new and the best I’ve ever had! The front office staff were not as welcoming as I would have thought, however, which is why I rated 4 instead of 5.

I've been seeing Dr. Goodman for many years. She is genuine and easy to get along with. She listens and treats me with a kindness that can be rare with Doctors. Sometimes a good Doctor is truly hard to find but I know I found a GREAT one in Dr. GOODman!

Waited over 45 minutes to be put in a room, no explanation given. Everyone else in the waiting room got in and out fast. No one in the back even come up to see if we were waiting. Receptionist was no help, just looked to see if my chart was where it was supposed to be, didn’t go in the back to ask why the nurses weren’t at least seeing if anyone was waiting. Didn’t get told that the sink faucet was not working in the bathroom. Then went in a room for another hour. I did really like my NP that I finally saw. If I hadn’t driven over an hour to the appointment I would have walked out.

Always very professional and kind. I recently had an urgent concern and they fit me in very quickly. Additionally, I’ve never had to wait long following arriving before I’m brought back to my room & there is very little wait time between being brought to the room and the doctor attending to me. I cannot praise them enough on how they treat their patients!
