It was my free hair cut cuz they messed it up so bad before covid hit. Went back and I'll be darn if they didn't do it again.the stylist don't listen to how you'd like it cut, the wat you'd like it for the look you know it will do.

They cl9sed in a half hour nobody in front of my boyfriend he has short hair no reason they couldn't give him a haircut

I went here two days after receiving an awful cut at the Cost Cutters in the South Sioux Walmart. (I had a picture of myself with the haircut I wanted. I even gave instructions, but it still was awful!) My new cut is perfect! They really listened and they saved the day for me. I will never return to the other shop. This is now my favorite!

Always friendly and welcoming and never had an issue. Also to the woman who cut my hair, I’m sorry if I looked grouchy, sometimes my eyes can be sensitive to the fluorescent lighting. But all in all I’m always happy whenever I get my hair cuts here)

I got my brows waxed and I said just to clean them up but my eye brows r so thin there literally gone DO NOT GET UR EYE BROWS WAXED if u don’t wanna look like an idiot

I called about 5 minutes ago to schedule an appointment for a hair trim the lady (I believe her name was Crysta) that had answered was rude & cold whenever I tried to ask a question & made me feel awkward. I’d rather go some place else sorry not sorry.

Terrible haircut.have to turn my head into a hairspray helmet and mold it into position. They also destroyed my wife's hair, cut it way too short, used the wrong color highlights and overcharged her. Won't go back. If anyone else goes there, only let Randy do your hair, the rest must have flunked out of hair school.

Misty did a great job! She is very nice She did what I asked her to do. They r not over priced.

Wasn't thrilled with the cut.seemed more like getting scalp massage than a hair cut. Would only return if a good coupon is found.
