They said it was an hour wait so I waited. After and hour and a half I went up to the desk and waited for 20 minutes up there, no worker ever came up and helped me. I ended up waiting for 2 hours then I left. I never even got my haircut.

I went here with my 3c hair. I asked them to dye it purple a really light purple. She bleached my hair but didn’t bleach half of it, one half of my hair is purple and the other half is brown. It took four hours to get it done. I payed 130 dollars for the dye. While she was doing my hair she had me sit on a hair dryer and i told her i had a ear infection, my ears are very sensitive it gives me a headache when i hear loud noises, im even bothered by poeple whispering in my ears. I told her that, she still did it. My ears hurt so bad i was crying. She also straightened my hair which i told her NOT TO. She brushed my hair with a brush that is used for straight hair. My hair is falling out and not curly anymore because of my experience there. Im trying to find hair treatments for it but none work! Thanks to this salon ill never allow a stranger to dye my hair ever again.

I went in to have some highlights cleaned up and get a haircut. The stylus was not concerned about anything that I said although I was very specific and detailed to exactly what I wanted. She est me twice if I wanted my end cut and finally the 3rd time I said listen this is not gonna work out because she wasn't taken the time to listen to what I wanted she only wanted to talk about what she wanted to do to my hair. I had went to the salon for many many years but right before the Corona shut down I had a terrible experience and this was my 1st time trying it back but I would not recommend going there at all. PS I went down the street to Great Clips.got a great haircut, bought $80.00 of products left a 50% tip and scheduled color with another place for color. I have been battle covid and pneumonia this year and just came in for a pick me up.really try and think you have a person who sits in your chair.good customer service is so important.

I always get a great cut here. I've been going here for years. Friendly folks, even when busy.

The hairstylist was quick and sloppy. I had to ask her to fix one side because it was so choppy. Came home and the other side is still a bit choppy

I went to get long layers and was charged for an adult but was not. Charged as a adult 2 times and very unhappy it was not blended at all. Then when we went back to get it fixed they were rude and mad she cut carlessly and tore out hair in the comb and it hurt she did not care and when I asked her something she was very rude about fixing it. I am never coming back!

Crystal was so great. I got a perm and haircut. She didn't get me wet, was always concerned about my comfort and safety, did a wonderful job on my hair and was so friendly. From start to finish. A wonderful experience.

I’ve been taking my son here for haircuts since he was about 9 months old. The staff are always courteous, great with a little one, and efficient. Great kids cut for the value!

The staff is nice, wait times aren't usually too long, and I'm always satisfied with my cut or trim.
