I picked this Cost Cutters because of good reviews. All the staff seem to work at making the customers happy and who doesn't want to look good. I am always pleased with my haircut.

The girls are always very nice. They always get you right in and out, so you can carry on your day.

Arrogant elderly stylist with the highlights was very rude to me for asking simply the name of the dye I was getting put in luckily the dye Job was decent I hope she gets fired what a goober

Stylist did not engage in talking to the client at all. All 4 stylists were too busy talking amongst themselves. Less then 15 minute haircut, didn’t ask if I wanted it styled at all. Only time she talked me was to ask if it was short enough one time and I said a little bit shorter. Nothing after that

She messed my hair up and didn't care. Then said she will give me a discount- 5 dollars was NOT a big enough discount considering she cut a chunk HUDGE chunk of hair out " by accident"

I went in for a haircut and lady was kind, attentive, and very welcoming. I was a little nervous because I haven't had someone else cut my hair in 4 years. She made me feel very welcome and at ease. Plus she did an AMAZING job.

Story: Time to get a haircut, better text my long time normal haircut person to see when she can get me in. "Sorry, out of town for a week! " You want to talk about panic? Just kidding.but really, I was due. Called CC and after chatting with Megan on the phone and figuring out which location I was talking to (I thought I was calling the other one) it turns out the one on Elm was closer to my work anyway. 30 min lunch break, let's do this. Megan did a superb job and hooked me up with a wonderful, relaxing rinse after. She was nice, friendly and cut my hair exactly as I was hoping. So handy running down on my lunch break to get fixed up! Thank you!

If I can leave -8 stars I would when i say unprofessional I mean very unprofessional it’s disrespectful how an establishment can be so unprofessional I have been trying to get an appointment for 3 days then the stylist gives my spot away because I didn’t text back fast enough mind you I have been texting her since Thursday trying to get a date and time on when I can get my hair done. I’ll never go here again they pick and choose when they wanna be professional get a better job

Way too expensive. All I do is go in there for a quick trim and it cost me 25 bucks with tip. All I got was a haircut not a meal at a restaurant for two people. Let's just say I get my haircut for cheaper now by not going there

Love this location of Cost Cutters in Dubuque. The stylists are always so nice & I have rarely ever had to wait very long to get a hair cut. I highly recommend this location!

I asked if they would mask up for my haircut and neither lady had a mask. This was my same experience at the Dodge Street Cost Cutters. I've been going here for 40 years. With the rapid rise of the Delta virus, you'd think everyone would want to be protected, shots or not. Totally disgusted.

My 4 minute haircut was one of the worse I have had. Asked for stylist to cut shorter and just got a rude answer of “what do you mean” paid then went to another place later in day to have my hair actually cut

Beverly did an amazing job and helped me choose a color and cut that was right for me since it was my first time getting my hair colored. I love it so much and will definitely be back. Very reasonable pricing as well. She took her time and did a great job.

The hair cut turned out well but the time frame the gave me for availability was way off was told 90 minutes turned out to be closer to 150

Brought my son to get a haircut. 1st the girl smelt like straight up weed. I asked her if he can get a bald fade and she said he can’t because he’s too young but he’s 3 and always gotten a bald fade anyways she did the haircut and didn’t even finish because my son was moving too much but he’s done that b4 with others and they still got the job done. His head is half done and she still charged me full price. 0/5 stars never going back again!
