5Worst experience of my life. I think I had a 15 year old girl cutting my hair with zero experience. She was in a rush and my hair turned into a bowl cut would definitely not recommend this place unless you want a random haircut.
Have been going here for years. Love the staff. All the stylists listen perfectly to what you want. May suggest things that make it even better. They have online scheduling and webpage also tells you what the wait time is if you just want to drop in. I personally have had color, highlights, cuts, styles, and waxing. Never been disappointed!
First bad haircut I've ever gotten there and I've been going there for quite a few years. So I'll keep going there as long as my haircuts are acceptable.
The girl I had chopped off so much of my hair, refused to listen my requests to fix issues she caused, and argued with me about all of it. She was so rude.
The staff is friendly and they listen to your instructions for cutting your hair. Before you leave they make sure you are happy with the cut you received.
