The push to upgrade your account is near harassment. Then you’re required to wait to get approval to downgrade after going through the harassment again. I’m actually writing this while I wait after listening to the “customer service” give me the spiel so many times I actually got angry with him I had to tell him to stop. Apparently no doesn’t mean no in customer service. The other employees are all Excellent though. Just not sure it’s worth the membership and the executive membership hoops to get your reimbursements when you compare prices.

Love this Costco with it's covered parking, rain snow or intense sun the covered parking is a welcome convenience. We stop here regularly while traveling on i80. It is convenient with typical good pricing including gas.

I love getting my bulk items here, the prices for it are not too bad either. I come here quite often and some of the staff are nice. Would recommend coming here if you want bulk items, also its usually not busy here during the week.

I've been to Costcos worldwide and this is the first time I've seen the gas station ONLY have ethanol in their fuel. What a joke.

Not for me, but can be great for others. Excellent baked goods! I'm giving 4 stars since I know some who absolutely love Costco. It's just not my cup of tea. Check it out for yourself.

Best Costco out there. I mean come on, indoor parking in Iowa is plain awesome. Also the people working there are always friendly. I do as much of my shopping there as I can.

Went as a guest with my daughter. She picked up a 4 pack of candles in box with an advertized sign of 11.99. Many on shelf. It rang up 19.99 and we noticed it and brought it to the stores attention. They would not honor it so we got a refund. Dissapointing. I don't think I'll join now.

Cashier asked for my girlfriend membership after he took mine, does it reallly matter who is paying for the 4 packs of water? If they were going to be so ANAL about who has a membership at the register, maybe they should ask for EVERYONE costco membership at the gate.

Love this place! Sometimes hard to locate the seasonal hard ciders because they move them around on occasion, but overall a very neat, clean, well organized place.

I would give this a -10 if I could! I tried to get my daughter-in-law a gift membership a year or so ago. They wouldn’t sell me one because I wasn’t a member! Dumbest thing I had ever heard. Today I tried to get a gift card for someone who was a member, as a thank you for something they had done for me. Costco would not even let me do that! So frustrating! I don’t know of any other business who would turn down over $200 in sales. What a crappy company!

Good prices on quality stuff. Love the great selection on organic produce. Some of my faves are the frozen fruits, medjool dates, pecans, cowboy caviar, organic tortilla chips, hummus, green tea 100 count bags, and only having to buy TP and dish soap a couple times a year.

This is a typical Costco except it has a HUGE indoor parking lot. Costco enclosed their entire parking lot! Kudos Costco! Particularly nice in the winter when the snow or ice cold wind is terrible.

The selection here is excellent. If you are searching for a bulk supplier of everyday items this is the place to go. Personally I'm not a big fan of Kirkland products but occasionally you can find some really good off brand stuff. The food court is a bargain. I can get a really filling meal here for less than 5 dollars. They did remove brats from the menu which is a little disappointing. Can't beat the pizza though.

Covered parking garage; easy access from major thoroughfares! Friendly staff & they don't try to avoid you if you may need help or have questions like most Costco stores!

Love Costco. Love their commitment to organic and sustainable foods and packaging. The thing I love most is that they pay a living wage and treat employees like people.

Always good bargains, huge store. I finally stopped buying dairy and any fresh produce that wasn't going to be eaten/drank immediately, shelf like is NOT what it should be!

This company know.what they are doing. Excellent customer service. They will tell u they may not have the lowest price. However they guarantee everything they sell.

I really love this place, great variety and very good prices. Their korean meat bulgogi and pork belly was fresh. I wouldn't mind driving 1 hour and 1/2 to have the quality and price of products.
