I have gone to Cotofo’s many times, and they have always done an excellent job. In this case, I had been told that I needed a major and costly repair by another shop. I took my car to Cotofos, and they determined the first diagnosis was wrong. Thanks, Cotofo’s! You got the work done right and saved me a lot of money. Excellent mechanics. My car runs great now.

I took my car to have my brake pads changed because it was cheaper than my dealership. I noticed that they started to make noises when I would press on the break and also when I would turn. So I took it to my dealership to see what was wrong. Well turns out that they found the front brake pads installed incorrectly and no lube was found on slide pins. It’s disappointing that the work performed was not done properly.

I have taken my cars and trucks there since it opened and I have referred everyone there and myself and everyone I have recommended them to are all ways very happy with the work performed not to mention there very fare on prices

BUT the guy at front service and in the phone terrible experience, he got mad on me because O’reallys didn’t have the piece I need it till next day, he call me and keep telling me “I’m loosing money because of you” around 10 times I did have to hang up and next day I send someone else to give him the piece and pick up the car because I really didn’t feel good to go to that place and have to deal with him again.

Absolutely the best location to get your car serviced. The price for a repair was far below what I was quoted at another store and dealership. Not once did they try to upsell or add additional services onto my bill. They got me in quickly for the repair. They gave me upfront pricing. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism. Great job! Great repairs!

Thought we needed a repair.car turned out to be fine. They still checked everything over and noticed I needed oil change so was able to get that done. They went above and beyond what we asked of them. Ty so much!

I have been going to this shop for years. Noe and Lucy raise the bar on customer service. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Thier prices are very fair and work is done right the first time. I would say what keeps me going back is that they are very trustworthy and happy. They feel like Family. I Continue to wish them great success. Luis is also very friendly!

I had to have a lot of repairs done on my van. They kept me informed on the issues and what all needed done and what DIDN'T. They don't try to add things that are not needed. I appreciate that type of service.
This business is very honest, loyal and gives high quality in their performance of service. From the person answering the call to all the techs.
They're my neighborhood auto shop. They treat you like family and very understanding. I've been doing business with them for many years. They have always went above and beyond to help me. Very fair price too. They deserve 100 Thanks to all the staff for taking good care of me.

I had made an appointment to look at my brakes and my vehicle was looked at on time and the problem taken care of right away. Great service.

I havent gotten a service here yet and I dont think I want to because back in March I went to get my brakes checked to see if i needed them replaced and they had told me that my brake pads needed to be replaced asap. However when I went to get the checked by another brake shop they told me they still had some life up until the summer. Very dishonest in my experience to say the least.

It is recommended to fix my mustangs Remove & Replace Stabilizer Bar already looked good At first it was not in the lineup; I came back and it was alright

I have always had a great experience at Cotofo's. I have had a lot of service done there and I've always been satisfied with their work. My two sons have also had work done here and have had good experiences too. Noa has always been straightforward and honest with me in all the repairs they've done.

These guys did a great job ask for a quote they came within the bid and had it done in one day couldn't ask for better people they communicated the whole way with me a great place to have your car work done

Reasonable/fair prices and quality work. I have been bringing my vehicle here for years and always satisfied with the work they perform. Oil changes are quick & you don’t have to have an appointment which is a plus.
