The out the door price is a refreshing change.
The finance team leaves much to be desired, and is slow! I ended up paying cash at another RV dealer, instead of jumping through hoops, and continuing to wait on a decision!

Drove from Minneapolis to see a trailer we were interested in. Sales staff was great with no high pressure. Helped us with a particularly hard situation with our old trade-in trailer. In fact, they came up with the idea that saved us a lot of trouble and time. We got a great trailer at a good price. Staff was able to do last minute add-on power jack and sway control bars. Would definitely go back and also highly recommend to anyone. If the ratings went up to ten stars that's what I would give this company and their employees!

It’s most unfortunate that they have such limited hours. 9-5? Who does that? For some of us who work past 5 and Saturday mornings, we can’t get there.guess business must very good in order to be so selective on who can and cannot get there.ugh! I called and asked hours, receptionist said if after 5, you can come in… “if” the salespeople want to stay.really?

Went there to look at travel trailers, no one on the lot to assist us. We found one we wanted so went in office asked to fill out a credit application. Filled one out, this was Friday. Lady said they should know at latest Weds. Wednesday afternoon l called. Finance manager was out to lunch, I left my number and was told he would call me back.
Never called me back period. Two days ago we received the decision by mail from a finance company that they would loan us $11500 on the trailer. The price of the trailer was $13818. But we still received no phone calls from country side rv
We will never shop there again and never recommend them to anyone

Great selection and very knowledgeable staff! Came here for the first time and had a list of 6-7 misc parts I needed for my 2009 Jayco. One of the staff walked around the store with me to ensure I got everything on the list and went out to the shop to get some smaller parts I needed. Very reasonable prices and I’ll be back anytime I have questions or need parts. Worth the drive if you’re in the area.

They were very nice people. They walk you threw the whole camper explain everything about it in detail. Explain to you what to do and what NOT to do.
