Wouldn't give it a one star. The employees are RUDE. The service department is a joke! Overcharged vehicle. Didn't have the vehicle that long.and already i have to fix it. DO NOT get your vehicle here.

Doesn't deserve one star. Owner is a rude doushbag. If you want to leave with more things broke than repaired than this is the place for you but I'd suggest taking your ride to another Ford dealer and save yourself some headache.

Service dept is a joke.
After being told to bring it in by Friday, it did not even get looked at until Monday. Then on Tuesday, we were told they finally diagnosed it, but would not be able to look at it further until Thursday. Then on Thursday, we were told they would not be able to work on it until the following week, at the earliest.
The service manager did not even know what the codes meant.
A JOKE for a service dept.

One of the best places to take your vehicle! I work for a big company and they do there very best to get you in and out! Awesome staff and mechanics! Highly recommend!
