Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer reviews
9They are high price to start up with. But after that they are ok about the same as all the other stores.
There was only one staff person on duty so the store really needs more help. The lady that served me was fine it was just a long wait because she was only one person and many people were waiting after me.
I like this store because Every time I visit the ladys here make me walk out with a smile.
Zujey is the best at her job overall with providing the best customer service we just added our 5th line to our cricket family plan with her.
My son and I needed to transfer over from T-Mobile to a plan we can afford, naturally Cricket with their ATT&T network strength and coverage was a no brainer, Zuley, R our sales rep (Very Pregnant and cute as a button) set us up in no time with a few strokes of the keyboard and some manipulation of our phones and new SIM cards and we were out the door. I would highly recommended this location and so do others so if you find it busy it's totally worth the wait. Activating phones is no easy fast job it's very time consuming so be understanding and have a good attitude it will help everyone involved have a better experience.
Stephany was a great help for the line for my son. She explained to me about the phone and great service.
Stephanie A was the woman working there. I switched from amother provider. She said I could choose from 1 of 4 free phones & that would only have to pay for 30 days of service, activation fee + tax. I picked the phone I wanted & switched my # from another provider. I was given a promotional deal that was going on at that time. I was told by her & it was written on paperwork or receipt that I had 7 days to return the phone if for some reason i should have a problem w/ it.
From the day I got phone I'd be talking & EVERYONE would say, I can't hear u. U r cutting out really bad.
I tried to take it back into the h allstore 2 days after I had received it & she denied to replace or trade in phone b/c promotion was over. The cheapest price I was offered dead $180.
I asked to speak to her manager she asked me to leave the store! Of course, I did.
I did talk to customer service rep.who called to ask her questions etc. So, ultimately the service rep.told me that she would be filing a complaint to this stores manager.
STILL I HAVE A PHONE THAT NO ONE CAN HEAR ME on, & I'm out $135.
But this lady is the entire problem. No cricket store, or any other, would've denied me the obvious exchange I was entitled to.
Don't go to this store people!
My parents and I switched to Cricket and the service works great where we travel too. Stephany was a great help and explained all in detail about the plans and phones. She has great customer service and works well even when she has to work 2 registers at a time. Everyone in the store saw her dedication and hard work and they all waited. All but good service and smiles. I recommend all Cricket locations to be visited and check out SE 14th location. A must!
