Needed a new phone and they did have one but so many other wireless companies advertise free or even greatly reduced price phones but this one basically only marked down small amount but we have 3 other phones on their plan so we took it. Did not buy insurance on it. But within 3 days it became clear that my old best up phone worked better. Went to take it back to us e it either fixed or replaced. Stepped in door and foot wipe carpet piece was sticking up tripping me causing me to lose grip on phone which bounced across the floor close to 12 or 15 feet from me and very hard carpeting in there and when I picked up phone found screen to have a crack in it. Ugh. Took it to saleslady and showed her what had happened plus explaining to her that many things on it would not nor had worked since we got it and asked politely if I could get it replaced we with one that worked properly. Her answer was did you purchase insurance for it. No, but in my opinion it shouldn't matter as it was new and only a few days old and it hadn't worked properly since day one. I am absolutely certain that about every other provider, especially for a long term customer, we've been with Cricket for several years now, would have definitely just took it back and got me a new one out and I would have checked it out with her to make sure new one did work correctly. But she would not even discuss it just kept saying you didn't buy insurance ugh. I just went home and threw that 'new' phone in the garbage and I'm still using my old very best up phone that has several cracks in lens making it hard to see many things. Plan is in wife's name and she has one of their best phones and pays the bill or I'd change carriers right now.

Young person speaks using slang. Ask to see your phone yet wants to use the phone. See and use are 2 different things. Yet they say that is what is meant. Mean what you say, say what you mean.

Came Into switch carriers and they went beyond the call and they were fun to talk to as well
