The staff was very professional and made sure I had the size I need. Walked me around to look at the units. Very pleased with both employees! Will definitely recommend to others.

When we entered the store, we were greeted with a smile. When we asked questions we got answers. The employee didn't have to think of an answer. When we were shown the size of storage unit that we needed by another employee, we got the same treatment.

I recently rented a unit on the second floor, I booked it online ahead of time. Website stated that there was an elevator, there was no elevator. I had to buy a different unit on the ground floor because I was moving a large sectional. Come to find out that the ground floor units are double what I was going to pay and they are also smaller. As I was touring the unit I noticed mouse traps in every corner of the building. Asked if there was a mice problem and I got the answer: “well yes and no, I never find any live ones” so whatever that means. I was charged for a lock, if I would have known beforehand that I needed a lock I would’ve brought one instead of getting one of the cheapest locks on the market from CubeSmart. All in all very displeased.

I moved my belongings to Affordable Family Storage after being at the CubeSmart over on E University. I left there after being there a couple of years because management was no longer taking care of the place. The loading docks were disgusting, the overhead door was broke for weeks, outside of the building was full of trash and you could never get ahold of office staff. I was very happy with AFS when I moved there at the end of May. The ladies in the office were super helpful, took good care of the place and kept the place looking clean. Immediately after CubeSmart taking over, the place is already turning in to a dump. I went in tonight and the entries at the doors and the hallways are dirty. I could visibly see mouse poop on the ground in front of some units and to my pleasant surprise, when I opened my unit, I found mouse poop everywhere on my belongings. Disgusted and beyond frustrated! You get what you pay for I guess.

The management here is terrible. I wish it was still Affordable Family Storage.

I paid a late fee due to getting a new debit card, I was 7 days late with 5 of those days being business days. One week later after I paid my 5 day late bill I came to take some stuff out of storage and found a lock besides my own on my unit. I called immediately to complain and there was no answer I had to wait a week for them to remove their lock from my unit. I spoke with the general manager and asked for a discount of some sort for there mistakes and locking me out from my belongings and he proceeded to curse at me after I walked away from the conversation. I will no longer due business with this company

I was able to safely store my personal belongings, and once i no longer needed the service it was very easy to cancel.

Great facility with super helpful and friendly staff. Nothing but good things to say about AFS!

They decided to just lock the doors to our units and are only open during the hours of 10am-6pm despite telling us they're open 6am-10pm.

Very professional the woman that helped us was very friendly and did a great job and I appreciate that because not everybody is kind the prices were really good. And I had a storage bin here a couple years ago and the same thing I had no problems so thank you very much,

Now that the property management team has left - long term clients are no longer taken care of the same way and the interim management is not communicative in a meaningful way.

Storage is fairly priced and the office staff is fantastic. Out of all the facilities I looked at they were middle of the road cost wise but offered features that were meaningful and have Uhaul on site for van/truck as well as hand truck and appliance dolly rentals when I need them. Simply perfect solution for my needs.

Lady at the front desk was very informative and friendly! Answered all of my questions, and walked me through everything! I am excited to rent from this company!

However even after letting the call center know it was my first time getting a storage unit they were unforthcoming with information.

Service was quik n pleasant. Charges are fair. As of now I am very pleased wit service, location, and inclosed is awesome for me. Thanks
