The best food. Could’ve been more fresh and hot but always still so yummy. Nice employees.

The worst experience of my life at drive thru restaurant. Waited at least 20 minutes in line to order and pay for a shake and fry. Normally I wouldn’t wait but did. Pulled up to wait for order. Wait another 15 minutes while everyone behind me received orders including multiple large bags of food and shakes. Ask where’s my order, get the shake minus the fry. Go in to get refund several times after they took my number off window. They don’t believe me apparently and I have to haggle. I left without food OR refund because it wasn’t worth the 3/4 hour spent at this ridiculous establishment. They were so worried the mischarge (they were talking about it) the previous customer, they completely messed up my order and kept my money. Review your security cams corporate, you’ll see. Pull ahead for a shake and fry? And wait for 20 MORE minutes to get shake minus fry while everyone behind me got multiple shakes, meals, fries before me? The worst experience ever at do a drive thru and I am not a young person.

I came here super sad because i just broke up with my girlfriend. When I came into the store Johnny greeted me with the biggest smile and said “Howdy”. He asked how i was doing and i told him about my situation. We talked for a good hour and he brought joy to my night. As i was coming home from school about 2 days later i see flowers on my doorstep, i check to see who they are from and it says “Johnny” with a nice culvers sticker and scoopie token above. For about 2 weeks now Johnny and I have been running 2mans outside of the workspace and we’ve become the closest of friends. True class act from Johnny he definitely deserves a raise and promotion.

I was having a terrible night after my school lost their homecoming game so i decided to blow off steam by coming to culvers, that’s where i met Johnny. Johnny gave me a big hug and told me it would all be okay and then insisted on keeping me company as i dined alone at culvers.now i’m sitting in my house 3 days later as i admire a large bouquet of flowers sent to me with a note that says “from your secret admirer” taped on with a culvers sticker.i can only imagine it must be johnny and cannot wait till i reunite with him.
