Culver's / Culver’s reviews
16All American food, delicious and never disappoints.can be slow at times but with a ton of people there, thays expected
They were super busy the girl at the drive thru window I think her name was Ashley was super nice and was on top of cashing everyone out trying to keep the line moving. Great food. It's a must stop for us when we come home to visit.
I called in an order and arranged a 9: 50pm pick up time. I arrived at 9: 50pm and they had closed early. Lights were off and several employees leaving the building. I enjoy culvers food and most of the time the food and service is exceptional. Not what I expected.
Even the cup lids here are high quality. I just fumbled a drink carrier with 5 drinks in my car and not a single lid came off. Never disappointed with Culver's, thanks crew great work!
I went to Mason city culver's for some food and got a regular basket And someone named almondo forgot to give me my cup and I was a to go order so I didn't have time
The food was amazing as always no complaints at that but the only thing I’m gonna complain about is when I’m trying to sit down and eat and I hear a coworker basically yell at another coworker “are you freaking dumb” because they left something out. That is not something I want to hear while I’m eating, and that’s no way to treat your employees.
Consider us impressed with this location. In town for a game and stopped by. My hubs eats at Culver's practically every single day and he thought everything was great. Fresh curds, hamburger, and the custard was his favorite kind!
Fine with the service, but honestly the food just kinda sucked. My husband and I got the pretzel pub burger. It wasn't good. And the fries are similar to the frozen ones you buy and cook in the oven. I would give it another try, but this is like the third time I've ate at a Culvers and I've never been happy with my meal.
Upper midwest comfort foods, fast food style. Butter burgers, cheese curds, frozen custard and fish dinners. You betcha, they got it all!
We loved the grilled pork tenderloins and the broasted chicken when they had both of these years back. With people being more health conscious grilled is a great choice for helping to manage carbs, protein and calories.
Culver's is supposed to be open until 10 p.m. After working 13 hours out of town and getting to the hotel at 9 p.m. I don't have a vehicle as I came in on a train. There is a hand-written sign that says lobby closed at 8 p.m. The employees also inform me of this after initially being told I could order. Thanks Culver's you have lost my business from this point forth.
Great food very fast & at reasonable prices. My favorite, the Cod (or walleye during lent). Can't beat a custard concrete mixer with it.unfortunately, can't fine inside yet.
A quality culver's. Rarely am I given food that is not the usual consistent quality. Staff is always friendly but never toooooooo friendly. Highly recommend the cheese curds.
Dirty dining room.plenty of employees.appeared as if none of them were assigned to keeping up with dirty tables, garbage or returning trays to the kitchen.
Clean friendly atmosphere. The food was exquisite especially for a busy 5ine during the day. I am always highly satisfied when I stop here.
I normally love Culver's and have been to several of them from here to Arizona. This one in Mason City takes the cake for the worst Culver's I have ever been to. The few times I went through the drive through, I was shocked by the rude and incompetent staff (with the exception of only 1 employee). Today I went inside for the first time and was absolutely appalled when one employee standing behind the front counter pulled her mask AWAY from her face and just sneezed without even attempting to cover it up! No one else even reacted! No one there seems to care at all about basic hygiene! I was admonished for telling her to cover her mouth! The staff and managers here obviously need further training in customer service and health standards. I will never give this restaurant my business ever again and encourage you to avoid it as well.
