Love the food but the workers just don’t listen they messed up my friends orders, by not giving her everything

I have always liked this location. The food is good and always hot. The French fries never have too much salt on them, and they are tasty. The ice cream is really good too, and the people are always very friendly.

Super clean and orderly. Our order taker was Jovany and he was far above average for service workers. The food was tops of what we expect from Culvers.

Fast service, welcoming employees at the order counter and food delivery person too! We really liked the chicken strips. Lightly breaded - maybe cornmeal, lots of chicken, not filler.

Love stopping by for the flavor of the day. Wish they still had the app to check it on but the website works well.

Food service was very slow the night I was there. There were several cars waiting for food and to order. Food was good tho!

This is our go to place whenever we are in town. It is diabetic friendly & the custard is a must have. Staff is friendly & always busy. They greet you when you arrive & Thank You when you leave.

The mushroom burger was a little bland compared to other fast food mushroom Swiss burgers, but they had the hands down best tasting deluxe burger in all of ottumwa. The service was fast friendly and all round high quality.

My husband is diabetic, he asked for a lettuce rap. They said no one does that. We had their Chile the went to the place next door for a lettuce wrap hamburger.

The staff was rude, food was wrong asked them to fix it and they were extremely rude to my family my sister was trying to explain that none of our food was right and the lady looked at are recipe rolled her eyes and stormed off we eventually got the food fixed but we will never be returning to the restaurant.

This place offers great food. Prices are ok. Service is great for the most part, sometimes drive thru doesn't work, dependent don't understand what customer want to order. This is frustrating and the store loses sales.

We ordered a malt and a concrete flavor of the day in the drive through. We were asked to pull up and given a number. 5-6 other vehicles got there food while we waited. I asked a worker as they passed by to check on our order and he took the order number. Another car was given their order so I went inside. There were 8 workers just standing behind the counter doing nothing. Our order was sitting in the freezer and no one bothered to bring it out. The manager on duty said they were doing the best they could. But I find that hard to believe when multiple people were just standing around and our order was complete but never brought out to our car.

IGNORED AND HUMILIATED! About 1 month ago, I went here to order a Concrete Mixer. There were no other customers there and about 9 employees at the front. I waited about 3-4 minutes while my order was on screen and people were talking to each other. I then noticed a girl point at me and talk to her friend behind her hand and start laughing while staring at me.
I went to the counter and asked for a manager. Some guy came up, asked what happened. I told him and he gave me my money back and said they were just kids.
I asked for a corporate number and he said they didn't have one. I looked online and found one.
I called to complaint and received a call back from this same guy, Bryce, who said he was the general Mgr. When I asked to talk to the owner, he said he talked to his Mom and sister who own the business and that they agreed with how he handled thing. Again, he said it was just a few minutes wait and that they were just kids. There was no sincere apology.
I called back the hotline about 1 week later and told them what happened. I said if the general Mgr was calling me back, I didn't want to talk to him. I said the owner could call me, he never has.
I won't be back!

The quality of food and service still amazes me. Moving its way to the top of my go-to food places list.

I never leave reviews but this place is fantastic. I coach for a traveling soccer team and we always stop here after tournaments. I have never received anything less than perfection at this restaurant. The staff is polite and respectful, the food is always made to order, and service very fast. It definitely deserves 5 stars. I don't think you will find another fast food restaurant within 100 miles that can hold a candle to this one.

Love this place! Food is great and the employees are always friendly. Other restaurants in the immediate area could take lessons.

Decent food but kind of on the expensive side for what you get. The hamburgers are thin enough to see through although most sandwiches have 2 or 3 on them. Tenderloin is good but barely cover the bun. It's ok for a quick bite.

Culver’s is good but honestly overrated Food is playing nothing special about it no seasons really for me it’s just a better choice than Burger King and McDonald’s

They had our concrete mixers ready to go in about 5 minutes & they were so incredibly helpful that if I have the chance to come back Ottumwa way that this place would be the first place I check out!

Always the same service no matter what state you are in. Fresh food and delivered to your table.
