I5 mins waiting for our food. I had to go inside and ask for it. The food was in the warmer and our shakes were pretty much melted. They offered to make it again but I was already running late.

Went there this evening around 5 for supper with my daughter the young kid took our order which was 2 bacon butter delux burger baskets one with onion rings and one with cheese curds. Our total was 25 which i thought was a little high but thought it was up charge for the onion rings and cheese curds. The waitress brings us our food which were both double burgers i checked my receipt and thats why it was high we were charged for 2 bacon butter burger doubles (not what we ordered) my daughter takes the food to the counter where everyone there was rude as hell. She explained we didnt order doubles the young lady says we cant take the food back and my daughter says we ordered singles. The manager then steps in refunds her 12 dollars and then wants to charge her for two single burgers. Shes annoyed and shouts for me to come up as everyone working was being extremely rude. I get up there and the manager says to me we cant take this food back i said i understand that but its not what we ordered. Finally a lady in a neon vest who was running orders outside says to the manager just make them two singles thats what they ordered. I say thank you to that lady who was the only one there with any class or manners. Then to top it off the young lady grabs the tray of the wrong food shrugs her shoulders at my daughter and throws it away.we are brought are correct order minus my onion rings but at this point whatever. Will not be back but the manager could use some classes from the lady in the neon vest on how to treat customers because i will not be back

Always has good food but it's pointless to have curbside pickup if nobody pays attention to it.
I pulled up clicked "Im here" on the email. I had to eventually go in and get my order after 10 minutes of waiting

Gave service lower rating because we ordered icecream with our meal. They brought our meal out and no icecream. We finished eating went up to get our icecream and they handed us a dish of half melted icecream.they had it on the counter the while time we were eating

Was like the 3rd person there and I waited about 10 mins and brought out my food, looked in bag and I'm missing both my cheese curds. I called and let them know that I was missing my cheese curd (s) s for plural (2) and they brought me out 1 and I told them I am missing my other one now. Horrible service. If you can't function at 1040am when you open at 1030am why not push it to 11 instead? Or better yet, look at the ticket to make sure all the food is in the 1 bag instead of bringing me out 3 different ones! We paid $27 for this meal. I'm so disappointed. Once I finally got home after being gone nearly a half hour my chicken sandwiches are both cold

Horrible drive thru experience around 5 pm Tuesday - July 12th.

Waited and waited for a medium concrete mixer. Was asked to pull ahead.one car ahead of me.
2 - 3 cars behind me. Maybe no more than 5 cars in parking lot. NOT BUSY.

Car in front got 2 packages of food and then Culver's employee came back with a cup of ice cream or sundae for them.

They pulled away and I pulled up.
Car behind me got their bags of food and another trip out from employee with a drink or ice cream. The next car pulled across from me.and they got their food delivered to them.and then I drove around and asked for a refund.
I don't mind waiting my turn.but not for 3 others behind me with food orders to get served Ist.when I only had 1 - concrete mixer.
Lost my business.

Worst culvers i have ever been to. Mushroom and swiss plus fries were cold. Threw it away. Won't be stoppi g at culvers anymore.

Great Location!
Dining room was clean, staff very friendly and the food is good.
The restroom was clean with hand soap in the dispenser and paper towels. Also free of foul smells.
Staff seem to be doing a great job at this location.

The food and custard are always good, it's the price that keeps us away for the most part. A family of 5 can go to a sit-down restaurant for the same price or less.

No pictures to share, but the food was amazing. As always. You can never go wrong go wrong with Culver's burgers and fries. Of course everything was made fresh, and to our specification.

No large cups for beverage is not acceptable for a whole week. Why not order more inventory when you see you are running low?

Love their shrimp dinner. It has side choices. I always get the broccoli. So good! Also love their custard ice cream. Don’t know any place that offers this delicious treat!

This place is great wonderful food awesome service. They keep the line moving so even when busy you never wait long at all.always smiling faces to help you!

Well I come to this restaurant quite a bit and tonight we decided we wanted Ice Cream so we ordered and they gave us a number. Well about 4 or 5 cars behind us had come and gone with their food and some had Ice Cream. I waited a little longer then two more cars again get food and Ice Cream I get passed. So I was do waiting I pulled around to the front of the restaurant went in and asked for a refund as I don't see how all of the food people ordered was done before 3 simple Ice Cream mixers. I don't I will be going back for quite sometime it was just absurd to be passed by that many people and I just had and Ice Cream order.

Staff was very nice, food is always good, but you can tell COVID guidelines are over. Every open table wad sticky and had crumbs. We had to wipe off our own table. It was not that busy inside, someone should be on point with clean up.

Not fast food, oh no. Delicious food in an expedient manner. Why does Culvers taste so much better than FF places? The products are of a much higher quality. The service is also exceptional, as well as the cleanliness of the stores. Quality control is obviously a foremost concern. You taste it in every bite. My recommendations? Double Bacon Butter Deluxe, Pork Tenderloin, and any Custard dish! You can't go wrong here.

Good service and food. Love the reuben, cheese curds, root beer and anything with their custard. Burgers are named butterburgers for the buttered bun. Currently dine in, carry out and drive thru. Good delivered to table or car.
